Hi team, in the new Jannah 6 update, you have removed the author page H1 tag, it’s currently popping up as a missing tag on Ahrefs.

Am I missing something or you removed it?

Good evening I had bought the license but I don’t understand why this message appears on my website: “Jannah Theme License is not validated, Go to the theme options page to validate the license, You need a single license for each domain name.” And this is displayed to all visitors of my website. This is very unpleasant

We liked theme features, but before buy theme we have some of questions that we need to clear and understand more:

1 – Any members can join / register in the website and add / post news from frontend side builder?

2 – Can we able to create different membership plans and depends on that members can add news?

3 – Is this theme provide frontend news submission feature and functionality?

4 – Once members can register membership plan after that add / post news and that will be pending status and once we confirm from Admin side only then display in the public website. can we able to do this using Jannah theme?

We want to know demo admin login details to see how this theme work for better understading purpose.

Ich habe gesehen, das vor der Version 6, ca. 1 Jahr lang kein Update heraus gekommen ist.

Würde ungern so viel Geld Investieren, wenn dann wieder 1 Jahr lang keine Updates kommen.

The copyright text at the footer is not working, it’s not changing the year manually nor automatically…

I also checked your demo themes for re-confirmation about this issue and I see same issue..

Sorry for the delay. Below is my reply to your reply on December 11, 2022 (https://themeforest.net/comments/28995673).

“1. The web notifications features provided by FoxPush is working fine with no issues since version 1.0 was released 5 years ago. If you want to use another service such as One Signal you can their plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/onesignal-free-web-push-notifications/ which is compatible with Jannah.”

The web notifications features provided by FoxPush has had numerous issues. I emailed Jannah support and Foxpush support about those issues when FoxPush was first introduced into the Jannah theme. Jannah told me I could use another push notification services (they really said that, I have TieLabs response email – they breezed right over the issues I raised) and after emailing Foxpush three times, not one of my emails to them were ever responded to. That is not “working fine.”

Maybe FoxPush is “working fine” now, but it wasn’t when first introduced years ago. Any comment to the contrary is a falsehood. I will forward you my original emails to TieLabs about FoxPush and TieLabs support’s responses to my support requests at any time that you like. Send me your email address and I will forward them to you.

To whom it my concern, I told you this in my initial comment:

“Even when I switched back to the previous version of the theme, Problems 1-3 still had to be fixed (I couldn’t believe it – cleaning the cache, deleting installed plugins, etc. did not work). After troubleshooting for the better part of an hour, I figured out what Jannah 6 did in each instance and fixed the problems.”

I already stated that I cleaned my cache and that the problems persisted. Why tell me to do the exact same thing again?

I just ran a search on Tielabs site. No tutorials or guides on Tiktok yet.

The writer of this comment is not a webmaster with 20k+ published articles on a website.

I have been, and currently am, a webmaster with over 24k published articles on a website. In addition, the site has 2517 tags and 119 categories.

I have personally, over many years, field-tested the Jannah theme and its varies attributes so I can state this unequivocally – the related posts function of the Jannah theme does not display accurate related posts on my website. It never has.

That is not theory.

That is not me taking the designer of the theme’s word for it.

That is a fact.

Another fact, this was my original comment on Jannah’s related post function in this comment thread (all of my support tickets on the subject notwithstanding):

“5. Related Posts still doesn’t work. JQuery can’t handle a site with a large amount of published posts. I already emailed TieLabs about this through Support years ago. You guys didn’t care because no one else (i.e small website owners) was complaining about it. Seriously. That was your response back then (to paraphrase) and you still don’t care that Related Posts doesn’t actually show related posts on a large website. It’s sad. Two years later. It really is.

The Jannah themes should have a disclaimer – ‘Our related posts function only works properly if you have less than a 10k published articles.’”

If the related posts function of Jannah does not use JQuery, okay. That is not what was relayed to me years ago in a TieLabs support ticket on the subject (which I will forward to you upon request). If the person in the ticket was wrong, okay. If things have changed with how Jannah displays related posts, again, okay.

Whatever Jannah is using to display related posts, it does not work on a large website with posts, tags, and categories over a certain amount.

That is a fact, verified right now, as you read this.

If you have a website with over 20k published posts, over 2000 tags, and over 100 categories with Jannah installed on it that displays accurately correlated related posts, place the URL to the website in your reply. I will take a look at it. I would be happy to.

I can’t update the plugins, can you send the installation files separately? Or include them in the theme update package?

I bought 16 licenses for 16 different sites and I need to validate licenses every day to avoid buying a license red stripes causing embarrassment, because the red stripe appears for customers and on Google for Internet users. Time-consuming support, I have several calls and unfortunately they did not solve the problem with their license manager. They even reset the licenses but it didn’t work. They are causing moral and material damage. I’m writing here because I wasn’t answered via support. See: See tickets: TIE-59827, TIE-59850, TIE-59861, TIE-5986 and TIE-59919 I have sent a list of all sites with their licenses and proof of payment. I sent a print of the license validation errors and also the red buy a license stripes. I will change the stars when they solve my problem.

So think carefully before buying a license, because every day the license drops. When the license drops, a large red stripe appears on your site as if it were a virus written “buy a Jannah license” for Internet users to see when accessing your site and also when accessing Google.

I just bought the theme, recently built a website for a client, today I bought the template, but the license is not activated. I do not know why. I reinstalled it 3 times, and every time I found this statement (it seems that the support period has expired. Why?) Hi team, First of all thanks for the latest version 6. Everything works in my migration except I encounter a problem with the ads as soon as there is a slider like the home page for the ads placed above or below the header. On the article pages, no problem. Before I put a source code with a centered ad and a black background all along, now it is displayed on the left and does not take the background into account. On the article pages, no problem with my code. And the mega menus do not respect the number of columns, so even in your demo, the presentation is very tight. Thank you for your help and for this update.

What can i do, to set up licence without that envato acc?
