Hi there. Please, how can I turn off the preload animation that shows before the site loads? It’s really buggy for us on mobile. And we also find it quite annoying. I’ve turned off everything I could fine on Betheme’s option, but it keeps preloading. The same goes for sticky menu. It’s turned off and keeps sticky. Thanks.
Please, ignore my comment about the preload, I was able to find it. It was a plugin installed from the theme. But I still can’t deactivate the sticky header and it’s a pain. Thanks.

Hi!, i don’t see in your demos any theme with top bar with Elementor. Is only possible top bar without Elementor? i want to show in that top bar the networks on right and e-mail / phone on the left, and show that information in mobile menu at bottom, is that possible with your theme and Elementor?

is there any work around or plans for betheme to support membership plugins that hide pages based on certain roles. betheme doesnt work with any of them, paid memberships pro, members, memberpress. I have to use elementor and I hate it I want to use betheme but the betheme pages still show when you use these member plugins that hide pages based on roles :’-(

Hi there, I have a problem with the custom layout for products. I started to set a new one and I don’t know why few elements doesn’t change, like CSS only for that doesn’t work. Is it possible? I tried to cleaning the cache, also from the server. Hi, We are having a problem while Registering the theme. whenever we try to put in our purchase code and click on register it gives this error. (Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: thinkhuman.info) FYI: we are not using theme on that website, we don’t even know who’s website is and that Website is not even using WordPress. So Tell me what kind of nonsense is that?

It was cool…back then. Lately too many bugs with the theme. Now the new one – BeBuilder doesnt work correctly. Some elements doesnt show on the page (but i can see it in wordpress). If i add new elemetns with live bebuilder – sometimes it shows but sometimes not. its not user friendly anymore. Have many of BeBulder licenses and not sure what to do with it now. Will not buy any more.

Is there a simple way to add top padding for the sidebars and for the main Blog page and for Simple Blog post?
For some reason all of these are setup apparently with zero padding on the top causing the content to cover the header. See the pictures.

POTENTIAL BUYERS:
The BeDoctor theme (https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/doctor/) is broken when using the BeBuilder. After installing the template, BeBuilder does not install the layout accurately. There are several elements that make the layout very different and is broken. Please fix for BeBuilder for BeDoctor. [Please do not direct me to go to support for a link as this is a review for potential buyers. Please advise when this is FIXED in BeTheme Template]
BeBuilder is a great editing tool that is very easy to use. Used BeThemes since nearly their beginning. Highly recommend. For BeDoctor, if using Elementor to edit the theme— it looks, and works correctly.
UPDATE: This is happening when importing several Websites from BeTheme using a clean WP and going through BeTheme installation of Pre-Built Websits: Install pre-built website using BeBuilder > Complete Website > Database Reset > Next (then Installs). Appears many backgrounds, headers are missing, etc.
BeDoctor, CarRental 3 (does not end up looking like Demo using BeBuilder). Franchise does work correctly.
BeTheme version 26.6.7
NOTE: Elementor as Editor imports correctly and looks like Demos.

we always appreciate honest and relevant feedback but yours is misleading unfortunately. Just checked the BeDoctor & BeCarRental3 demos and both import correctly. Both looks exactly the same as on prebuilt websites thus there is nothing to be fixed.
We are pretty sure that the problem is on your side (hosting, 3rd party plugins, etc…) so if you need help, please drop us a message through the contact form on the right hand side with more details and we will gladly assist you.

Misleading? As you can see, I have purchased BeTheme, in fact we have several licenses for different sites, so I am not misleading. (Confused comment. Why would I want to “mislead”?). We ONLY use BeTheme (Thank you!). I wanted to give feedback and make “Comments”. In fact, I added in my comments: “Highly recommend.”
Please double-check on your end because did new database, no plugins. Not sure if you (wouldn’t believe you would be personally installing your theme as Muffin Group I am sure has a technical team—as you say in your other moderations).
Even after installing BeTheme again on a test domain, websites did not work correctly (was missing header, not centered in several elements for BeDoctor, BeCarRental3) we did WPReset to reset database and content several times. We’re on WordPress 6.1.1, no plugins except Hello Dolly, and default Theme, both of which were removed after installing BeTheme.
PS: You should pay attention as I said most website demos worked but BeDoctor and BeCarRental3 demos were off, so how can you give us the standard (hosting, 3rd party plugins, etc…) if they work on other website demos? We tried other website demos and they worked. So you are suggesting with a clean install, and only on the two website demos mentioned, those two are built so differently that our hosting (GoDaddy) and no plugins installed (except those which are baked into the website demos) is the problem? Also, the Elementor worked perfectly for those two sites, but not importing using BeBuilder. Just FYI.

POTENTIAL BUYERS: I have been using BETHEME for many years, and I have downloaded other demos from the top theme developers, and I must say BeTheme (Muffin Group) is by far the best theme both in terms of features and benefits, but as well as support. If this could be pinned to the top, it should be.
I posted a comment that had “POTENTIAL BUYERS:” but then I forgot to delete that that heading. I see how this could have been misleading. My comments were going to be about the fact that BeTheme is the best theme on Themeforest as well as their support. But then I noticed something and I added some comments about an issue regarding a few websites that may have a bug and I edited my comment and forgot to remove “potential buyers”. The bug that I see has nothing to do with whether one should purchase BeTheme. Bugs happen, or there are often issues that is not a bug but rather deals with hosting, plugins, or even proper setup. I apologize if the potential buyers heading would lead one to believe BeTheme is somehow inferior or risky—it is not.
IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING A THEME FOR WORDPRESS, BETHEME IS THE BEST ONE THAT I HAVE SEE AND USED—BY FAR. I have used BeTheme for many years and it is the only go-to.
