your theme is great! I’ve bought lot of licences 
But today I have a problem… actually I can’t access to your licenses page by Envato Account, even if I try to navigate width different browsers or in hidden way.
I need to activate 2 licences as soon as possible. I cannot reset my password in your website cause it’s giving this error.

Could you please verify as soon as possible what’s going on? I think I’m not the only person having this troubles.

When editing the Grid Layout, you can use the Templates button to export one of the pre-designed templates. Pick the one closest to the design you mentioned above and apply small adjustments by adding/removing relevant elements.

How do i copy or download a saved layout/template from one site into another site? i mean if i like the footer or a section of a particular demo and want to copy just that section or layout alone, how do i do that via the page builder?

Hello, we are using Impreza theme for our website. I have updated the theme and all plugins to the latest version. Unfortunately, however, the site crashes when I change the PHP version from 4.7 to 8.0. In the debug logs I see error messages with the Ultimate_VC_Addons and visual-form-builder plugins.
Unfortunately we don’t have access to the download files in Themeforest anymore.
What can we do now?

In this case, I can only suggest trying to restore access or purchasing another license. Only license owners can activate their version of the theme and get access to the archive with all included plugins in the Envato account.
Is there a difference between the official files that come via the updater and the files in the online archive?

Most of the time, there’s no difference. However, updating the archive is a manual operation that requires some extra testing and moderation. Thus, new versions might be available in the updater earlier than they appear in the archive.
If the files from the updater are more up-to-date, then there should be support for PHP 8.0?
Or are there explicit adjustments in the online files at Envato?

The authors of the Ultimate Addons plugin recently released an update with the support of PHP 8.1. We just uploaded an updated archive version with this new version included. Please download it and check if you can replicate the issue with this new version.
Can you reverse a demo import? I tried to alter the look of my site to one of your templates but I have messed up and I want to go back to my original site.
Still no reply for my first question but here we go with another…Is it safe to delete WPBakery as I use the live editing option? My original site was built on WPBakery and then I updated theme and now only use live editing. If I delete WPB would it break my site?

Sorry for the belated reply. You can set the site back to its default state by using backups or removing all the content using third party plugins, such as WP Reset.
Live Builder is compatible with WP Bakery and its markup, so you can remove the WP Bakery and keep editing the site with Live Builder.

When I upgrade my php to php 8.1 the site breaks. Apparently the Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder, Version 3.18.0 is causing the trouble.

My theme is updated, all plugins are updated.

Please update the Ultimate Addons to its latest version, as it might resolve the issue. Also please note, that the current version of WordPress itself only officially supports PHP 8.0.

After a little help. Im not sure if its simple and i cant see it, or if its a little more complicated. But I was wondering if it is possible to filter portfolio by multiple filters? For example, filter selection ‘Print Design’ (1st filter generic) > ‘Leaflets’ (2nd filter more specific) and so on. Thanks in advance!

it works without any problem on mozilla but in chrome and safari pictures which is webgp format is not loading. and cart page is not loading correctly. before updating to latest version all worked without any issue
