it works without any problem on mozilla but in chrome and safari pictures which is webgp format is not loading. and cart page is not loading correctly. before updating to latest version all worked without any issue

Hello, I would like the menu to have a glass effect and the submenu too (blur under the layer), everything is ok on Safari, Firefox, Opera but on Chrome dropdown menu (Level2) does not work.

This looks like a common error, please try deleting the plugin either via FTP or in your WordPress admin area and then proceed to Impreza > Addons page in admin area and install the plugin from there.

Because my support expired, I have to write it there. In version 8.12 and 8.13 is bug for mobile devices. Menu is not working – you can click on menu icon, but nothing happens, also all buttons on website have same problem and not working… I also have different objects in desktop/mobile menu but in this two versions (8.12 and 8.13) is only desktop menu visible (also for mobile and other devices).. So I downgraded back to 8.11.2 and also downgraded core plugin and everything is fine.. There JS error us.core.min.js:107 in new versions..

Parent Menu not clickable on MOBILE

All parent menu items on mobile are not clickable when there are drop down child menu items. When I click on the parent menu item on mobile, it only opens the drop down and does not link to the parent page.

When you edit the Menu element inside the Header, in its Mobile Menu tab you can change the setting “Show dropdown by click on” to the “Arrow” position. It should resolve the issue.
