You should still be able to update the theme from WordPress Dashboard. However, if you like to do it manually, follow the steps below.

1. You can download the full package, which will be in a zip package called ‘rh-main-package.zip’.

2. Extract the ZIP package downloaded, and you will see realhomes.zip in the extracted folder.

3. Navigate to Dashboard → Appearance → Themes, click on Add New, and select the realhomes.zip file to upload.

4. While uploading, WordPress will display a prompt to replace the existing theme with the updated version, so click on ‘Replace active with uploaded’ to update it.

5. The final step is to navigate to Dashboard → Appearance → Install Plugin and update all the required plugins to match against the latest version.

I have looked into it. The visitors upload the images in the User Dashboard. So, the resolution depends on the image uploaded by the users. It is not a problem in the theme.

But if they hide it by unpublishing the property, it needs to be published again by administrator correct? They can’t republish it themselves, that’s what I was asking.

I wanted it so they can just unpublish it if property is reserved for few days (it will be gone from the frontend and hidden) and then if they decide to can they just publish it again all from the custom frontend administration? Don’t want them to have access to wordpress dashboard. But this is pretty mandatory thing because if they can only delete it, they would need to add property all over again just because they wanted to hide it for a specific amount of time.
