I don’t know if a support ticket is needed for an issue. But I don’t think you will need it as this is a problem.

1. Problem: In Avada Form, the starting day of the week is Sunday in the date table. Even though the Week Starts On option in the wp settings menu is set to Monday, this doesn’t make any difference. In the theme settings, I couldn’t find an option to change this situation.

2. Problem: When any data is saved in Abada Form, the time added to the time arm in the fusion_form_submissions table is 3 hours behind the local time. It uses the Universal time. It cannot be assumed that everyone is at the starting point. When the form is saved, it should use the WP Local time information. This will close the time difference.

Not sure if it is related but in 7.9.2 you have “Added responsive column control to Gallery element”... Now when clicking on a picture the popup is smaller than the actual size of the picture, making the pop up completely useless… I use 16.9 ratio but all the popup pictures are a perfect small square…All pictures are being cropped to square… The little picture preview next to the picture name in the Gallery element, also no longer display.. In 7.9 I didn’t notice this behaviour…

Disregard the above please… I was uploading 6000×4000 size pictures by mistake… Interesting however that if the picture is huge the cropping only shows the center part and not a smaller size of the same picture, unless I need to adjust some other setting…

Hi!

Ever since I updated to 7.9.2, the continue button in the checkout form (using woocommerce) is not showing anymore. It’s the button that takes you from your personal information form during checkout to the payment form. When looking in the code, I noticed an if statement in the Avava/includes/class-avada-woocommerce.php: if ( fusion_library()>woocommerce>is_checkout_tabs() ) that if true, should show that button. I have the tabs active, but I think this still returns false and therefore doesn’t show the button. Maybe its a bug?

Our team has released a patch for this that you can apply under WP dashboard -> Avada -> Patcher. If you don’t see the 2nd patch, please reset avada cache under WP dashboard -> avada -> Options -> Performance then check the Patcher page.

Since the last versions, I have a problem with icons (which are displayed on the frontoffice but not for the backoffice), and also a problem with fonts: when I indicate a “body” font (therefore common for all page texts), it is only recognized by the “basic text block”. The “content boxes” do not take into account the Body font (and display a very basic font that I did not install).

Hola! Compré la plantilla Avada hace algunos años y siempre me ha funcionado fenomenal. Hace un par de semanas hice cambios en la web e instalé mi web en otro subdominio antes de publicarlo en mi web buena. Eliminé la web del subdominio pero se me olvidó borrar allí la licencia. Ahora en mi web me aparece que la licencia está siendo usada, pero esa web ya no existe!! Qué puedo hacer por favor??

Then navigate to the “Register Purchase Code” tab in your account area to see/add purchase codes.

Hello, even after the fix there is the issue that Sidebar 2 (Right sidebar) is not shown not at all after update Avada 7.9.1 -> 7.9.1. Thank you for looking into this

I confirmed the patch works just fine and both sidebars should show in their respective positions, can you please make sure that your update from 7.9.1 to 7.9.2 was done smoothly or that none of your 3rd party plugin(s) are causing any issues?

I know that Avada Form is integrated with Mailchimp, but it doesn’t do the same thing as Mailpoet. Mailpoet is 100% integrated with Wordpress.

Hi, though my support is over, i am myself technically apt to install themes. The Global settings for page title bar can be found inside Avada > Global Options > Page Title Bar > Page Title Bar Background Image and the individual pages have same option inside Avada > Page Options > Page Title Bar tab, secondly you can also check for a custom header if its been replaced by that, if however you are still not able to figure this out, our team will need to take a closer look into your setup and that requires you to open a support ticket.

Hello, I have the error ‘Mixed Content: The page at ’<URL>’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure font ’<URL>’ . Hello all! I am having the well-known “sticky header animation” problem where the logo shrinking animation doesn’t work. Sometimes it works just the first time I scroll down, but not when I scroll up. The weirdest thing is that I have a friend with the same settings on his website for the header and for him it works. I solved it! Almost 5 hours for a stupid setting. Turns out that if you have a sticky header with the animation turned on, the animation will NOT work if you have a “Sticky Header Navigation” setup in menus. So you have to go to “Appearance > Menus > Manage Locations (tab)” and for the “Sticky Header Navigation” theme location, choose “Select a Menu”. That’s it! Can you please add this as a note to your documentation somewhere, so future people will know about it or at least solve it more easily? Thanks! Cheers!

We actually recommend our users to use Custom header which comes with more advanced options, however yes if you want to assign a specific menu to sticky navigation that will require that option to be setup, by default however the main menu will still work as sticky menu by default.

Hi. I have an old license key from the previous developer, and it was working fine for 3 environments: production, staging, and local (link like something.local ) until recently all started to show an error saying the unregistered version of Avada. I tried to reactivate the template with the same key on all domains, but it worked only for production…

The question is – can I purchase more support for the same license? How can I have those 3 environments working simultaneously (local will be used on a few machines)? What would you suggest doing in such a situation?

A single purchase code will work on a single staging + a single live domain. Any additional domains will need additional purchase codes. Thank you for the quick response. So… looks like all should be fine at least for one of my stagings…. but non of them are able to be registered again… i see error message “The purchase code is already being used on another staging domain.”. How can i find out which domain is registered as staging?

You can simply remove the staging from your support account as well by following the instructions below
