Hello, I have 6 DFD Native licenses but only 5 websites with DFD Native theme in use @ the moment.

When I want to activate a 6th website none of the purchased keys are valid, and I didn’t keep track of which purchased key I used on what domain/site.

Is it possible to know which key is unused or what can I do in this case? I would like to build a list of what site/domain uses which key because I’ll would like to use Native for all our sites from now on but would like to keep track of the used licenses.

How can we achieve this?

Good morning, on 03/14/2023 I made the purchase for another website, it is already installed, but when I want to install the demo (shop_two) it does not install it, it does not appear to load the information, so I wanted to know if there is something bad?.

Also, the version of the dfd extension is not updated, in fact it is not in the downloaded files. I have version 1.5.X that I bought in 2020.

Will I have to do it manually, instead of using through the template? or the version of the dfd extension is wrong.

Hello, I have just purchased the DFD Native theme in order to update my existing site from v1.0.0 to the current version to ensure Wordpress compatbility. On installation a message is shown indicating that WPBakery, DFD Extensions, and Revolution Slider need to be updated. Running the update process results in this error “An error occurred while updating Revolution slider: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.”. This theme is really a nightmare , i lost almost 10 hours trying to make it work, everytime i put the settings on every header style, and also trying to Custom the header, it never showes the same setting i put on the theme options, most of the times it removes all the setting olso , and i need to start again from the begining, this theme has a really deep issues becouse i lost all my evening and all the night trying to get it work , and now its 5:43 in the morning , for nothing . I just want my money back and nothing else.

Hi, I used your Native template but the support has expired. After updating the WP and PHP version the site doesn’t work anymore. I also can’t update WpBakery as it asks me for the license. Do I need to renew my license to get help?

If i want to update my website from DFD Native Child Theme V1.0.0 to V1.6.3, the website-design does not work. which workaround is here possible?

I just purchased Native Theme. Installed Wordpress, uploaded theme & child theme, uploaded plugins. Now trying to use Demo Import on #15, and nothing happens. I get the Install Demo Content popup, I say “YES”, and nothing happens. I’ve tried it over 10 times. Can you help? Thanks

Also, I went to your Support site to sign up with this License of Native, and again, nothing happens when I put in all the info. It just clears the input fields, and nada…

PS – this is my 3rd Native theme install, and this has not happened before.

Anyone else having issues with “full-width” sections/settings since version 1.6.4? All of my full-width elements are now “boxed”. Thanks!

Hi team. I am updating my website made with Native. I upgraded the php version to 8.0 but the visual composer doesn’t work also the website has display problems. How can I proceed to upgrade? Should I buy a new license and replace the theme in the “themes” folder? Will my child theme still work?
