The wcfm plugin has the option to disable “Sold by” badge in products, but, even when enabled, it does not appear on the home page card the same as it appears on the home page of the re:tour demo. What can I do?
As I remember, their latest update changed the way how it’s implemented and trigger fatal error. Authors didn’t help to solve this so we removed it from product loop. You can use it only in woocommerce core loop by shortcodes

How can I change invitations and mycred-history tabs “icon” on user profile page? There is no relationship with the existing function and the default icons.. (Rehub theme -> ReMag )

This icon is set by Mycred. It has no way to change. But it’s possible to disable all icons. Do you need such code?
Hi, I am using Remag theme for my community. But I have a big performance problem on end user experience with RH Frontend Pro. Because I have 7000+ categories that defined in my wordpress. User searchs and selects a category from dropdown. But form page loading time is still 3 seconds with caching plugin “W3 Total Cache” on user side. Is there any way to increase the performance of page loading time with RH Frontend Pro? Best regards.
Only if you disable category field
If you have 3000 categories, you already have a mistake. Site should not have such amount of categories. Are you copied Amazon or Ebay?

I have 3 forms and each forms has enabled with “TAG” field. but each 3 forms must be tagged with form1, form2, form3, after that user can define his/her custom labels. How can I add and system assigned specially labelled form? Form1 TAGs: system-auto-defined1, userdefined1, userdefined2.. Form2 TAGS: system-auto-defined2, userdefined3, userdefined4..
I need an auto defined label with users labels on form settings. Is that possible with a trick?

TAGS -> Fallback value field is useful, But need to enable TAG field. It’s only enabled when this field is disabled 
If you want to assign taxonomy or field automaticaly to form, enable field, set default value and deselect “Enabled”

Hi, I have a problem with the theme menu. When in level 2 there are several categories, not all categories are shown. It would mean putting them on level 3, but they are not ok, because they don’t belong to level 3. I guess I didn’t make my point. I know that categories without products are not visible, but my problem is: not all categories are visible in the menu, the last categories are truncated. For example, in the Baie category, the categories are visible, because there are less – only 5. But in the category Gradina there are more level 2 and so only 5 of the 8 categories are visible.

I have been testing Rating Schema on rehub theme, My site has around 40k traffic & many keyword rankings. With a request I made around 2 months back you added Rating schema to store – Thanks to you. But I have seen that somehow these schema does not show on google (it shows correct during validation on GSC), but when I use another schema plugin and get it indexed – It shows schema on the same page. Now what I see in the rehub theme rating schema is the format is not correct.

From the example I think according to all guidelines, name should be just after @type but here it is misplaced. Can we fix it ASAP?

Ok, I see there. One of your plugin overwrites cart fragments. Maybe it’s Elementor, you need to disable cart option in Elementor. Also, try to disable other plugins one by one

We are using this theme on our website we are having strange issue. Within the website footer on Iphone when we view the mobile footer text its showing small and when we view the same mobile text on horizontal mobile view it shows big in size although the font size within the website is setup to fixed value but still it had issues on iphone devices. because you set this in options of Elementor block, you set different font size for each resolution
Please, assist with this issue. The home page after installation is completely broken with so many blocks require recovery, if I try to recover them or resolve them the site become a huge mess because the page don’t recover properly. I tried to change PHP version and expand size of the site neither fixed the issue. The theme is Reviewit. I raised a ticket 2 weeks ago and the response is click on attempt recovery which causes a mess the theme for me. Here is what trying an edit will cause. I tried to look it up and apprarently the theme is using Gutenberg where this is a common issue. Just to highlight I tried to resolve by converting to block or HTML both will break the theme. I also noticed some blocks when try to attempt will give me red flag that the block code is not correct: https://ibb.co/vdz1rQY
I also did install the last update version of the theme which installed successfully but issue persist.

there is no option for more badges, but you can make use cashback notice option or create own badge block in editor and use it in content areas
Hello . We are having issues with the them re:Hub. - In the menu modifications, the personalize links are not compatible on smartphones. The menu appears but it is not linkable.
- Also: the “Post Offered Listing” block does not allow the edition of “read full review”.
