Hey everyone, do you know if there are any known issues with attaching images to pages and those images showing up on the sitemap? Especially when using one of your gallery types.

Some of my pages that have many images are giving me a total of one image on my sitemap.

I’m sorry, I am not at a point where I want to renew with you guys at the moment. I was just wondering if this was a known issue, or if I’m doing something incorrectly.

Some plugins and page builder modules may not show additional images in the sitemap, if your products have additional images you want included you may try to add them via a filter: wpseo_sitemap_urlimages.

Hi awesome Qode theme! :) I have been enjoying this theme now for quite a few years!

I have a problem this lately with Qode/Bridge theme and Nextgen gallery working together. I had both of them for so many years and they worked fine together but this lately I have experienced the alternate question mark and exclamation mark circle beside navigation items. I am sure these two (bridge theme and nextgen gallery) somehow have a conflict.

Just to mention my Bridge theme is an old one. So I uploaded a new version and that one is also having exact problem. So I went back to my old theme version since I can’t figure out how to design the new one like the old one. The whole interface is different!

So, have you ever come across this issue? Is there an easy fix to it? I will give you the link to the site once I know you need it.

An update: they replied with a solution. They said:

Most likely NextGen’s loads its own FA version that conflicts with the theme.

Let’s try deactivating NextGen’s Fontawesome *from *“NextGen Gallery -> Other Options -> Miscellaneous” by selecting “Yes” for “Do not enqueue FontAwesome” and *“Save Options” *then check again to see if that’ll resolve the problem.

And it fixed it! :)))

I’ve purchased licenses for this theme three times, but I’ve never found an answer to a question in the time. There is no answer in the support site. How can i use different logos in different pages? Thanks.

Such an option, unfortunately, does not exist within the theme. Logos cannot be set locally on individual pages, only in global Qode Options.

Let me see if you can help me with this. I just want to have a small detail with my client and see if he is encouraged to improve the website…

I would like to force all featured images for portfolios in category “movie” or page “15650” be displayed in landscape size. The portfolio list I’m using is masonry_with_space_without_description. I’m interested in this not affecting other pages or categories that use the same type of settings.

I’m trying something like this, but obviously I’m not doing well:

.page-id-15650 .portfolio_list .image_size { width: 800px !important; height: 600px !important; }

This is not correct way to impact to the width and height on your images, the images might be disorted as the image height is specific to the width.

Best practice would be to upload the same image sizes on your portfolio items you wish to have. That way the width and the height will be proportianal.

You could try this CSS but as we do not have your website URL we cannot guaranty it will be as it should.

It works using ‘aspect-ratio: 16/9’! I only needed to adjust a few pixels and the distortion is barely noticeable.

Thanks for taking an interest! Demos made with Elementor are using free Elementor version and it is not necessary to use Elementor Pro as all of the features displayed in the demos can be achieved with theme options and free Elementor version.

The Elementor Pro widgets are compatible. You could get access to Elementor Pro widgets for sure using the Pro version of the plugin, it is just a matter of the custom header and footer feature that you will need to make some minor adjustments and you can get help from our support team with that. Otherwise than that you should know that our theme does have a variety of options that you can use to build your website.

Hello, just purchased the theme. I have to develop the site in local environment first, then on a staging site and finally push to the live site. How do I handle this regarding the purchase code/regitration ? Sorry if this has been asked before, I didn’t have time to go through all comment :-) Thanks in advance

You can always register the theme on the localhost installation, set it up and deregister, migrate to the staging site and register it there. Once this is finished you can deregister it on the staging site, migrate the theme to the live domain and register it there. No content will be lost.

A general question. Is it possible to have the mobile menu come in from the side? Similar to the widget area? In the demos, the mobile menu usually only appears from the top.

Alternatively, you can enable Side Area in Qode Options > Header and in Appearance > Widgets add Navigation Menu to the Side Area (please see screenshot). This way you will have two burger menu icons as shown in screenshot and the one on the right will be for Side Area. Icon on the left can be hidden with some custom css and our support agents can assist you with this.

We can see you set Header height to be 235px so please reduce the height to at least 135px and everything will be displayed well.

Hello, My site is suddenly not working, after years of functionality. It says that my theme is not activated but when I try to ‘navigate to Bridge Dashboard where you can input your purchase code and activate your copy of the theme so you can have access to all the theme features, elements & options.’ it says ‘sorry, you’re not allowed to access this page’. Can you please tell me what’s going on? This is my portfolio site, thus pretty concerning. Thank you.

Its a bit hard to tell from here, but please check if you have updated the latest version of the theme and its plugins. If you need instructions on how to update the theme and included plugins, you can refer to the following article: How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.

Thanks, you should know that Bridge theme does not have any mobile widget area but you could display your icon with help of this CSS or add it to the mobile menu as a regular link.

i have bought this theme several times and now its not working, their documentation is poor and everytime you need to update a plugin you cant. i dont recommend anyone to buy this theme anymore

BEWARE: DEMOS NOT IMPORTING AND THIS THEME IS WAITING ON A FIX. I’ve been using this theme FOR YEARS and have purchased it 10+ times! Just purchased Bridge to create a one-pager for a client that needs it tonight. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE COMMENTS FIRST. Now I spent over $70 and have to build it from scratch or look for another theme. Didn’t expect this mess from the developer. WHY ARE YOU ALLOWING US TO PURCHASE THE THEME when we can’t import a demo?
