Loco Translate is only for one language, so once we test this on our side we were able to translate the Popup login module without any issue. If you have multiple languages you can consider using WPML plugin which is compatible with our theme.

I know and I have WPML too. I only have 1 language. Strings on pop up are not translated. Either on live site, either on clean installation on local environment.

We have tested the translation and each label within the Membership plugin is translatable. So the popup section was successfully translated with Loco Translate.

Simply navigate to LocoTranslate > Plugins > Membership and create a new language. If you wish to translate the English words do select the English language from the drop down. From here you will be able to access all the labels for the Membership plugin.

Please note that the support license is valid from the day you purchase the theme so you do have an option to contact our support team for 6 months and as well you do have an opportunity to extend the support license if you need any further assistance.

Dear Sir,

I know the process to translate. I ‘ve made the translations – labels are displayed in loco translate and are translated in greek (I ‘ve created new language). After that, same labels are translated in my account / my profile (no popup) section but not at the pop up login / register. I don’t want to pay an extension for the support for something that is required to work as expected.

I understand that this section is for presales questions but unfortunately I ‘ve started building my website 3 weeks ago, so my support has expired.

The fact is that pop up section (login/register etc) of your theme are not translated at all and that’s not a support request but something that should work out of the box.

So the your theme doesn’t meet the requirements of your theme’s description.

Item is “not as described” or the item doesn’t work the way it should. If an item doesn’t work the way it should then the author is required to promptly fix the issue by updating the item. An item is “not as described” if it is materially different from the item description or preview. If the issue can’t be fixed or it turns out that the item is “not as described” then you would be entitled to a refund from the author.
