I simply updated your theme on my site and after doing so, it caused a fatal error. See:

It says You have an unverified email and when trying to verify it, it is sending a verification link to a weird email address which is not mine. In addition, fyi, I do not have active/paid support as of now as I do not need it. All I am doing is updating your theme which should not cause any issues but it is by just updating it. I consider that unacceptable as I purchased the licence and it is an active one.

I know my support period has passed, because I do NOT need it for now. When I need it, I will purchase it again of course. But updating a theme does/should not require support, right? I have several other themes from other developers that one just downloads, updates and that’s it. It should be the same with your theme. Anyway, I have sent an email to that address. Sorry for the inconvenience with the theme.
I checked your problem. This causes by overflow: auto hidden in #header .main-menu in Theme Option > Skin > Custom css. To solve, you should remove it.

Hi, with your latest update using two menus in the sidebar version it is impossible to remove the text at the top of the TABs. The new function is very useful, but if the titles of the menu tabs are not specified. these must disappear.

1. The menu design was changed with the release of the new. In response to customer requests, the type was changed to the tab style. I hope you like it too. In the new version, you can edit the tab in “Theme Option/Menu/Mobile Menu/Display Mobile Menus” and you can’t remove the tab title.

Thank you for using the strong feature – Critical CSS. However, when using critical CSS, the “Merge javascripts and stylesheets” function must also be enabled. That is located in Speed Optimize Wizard/Advanced/Merge javascripts and stylesheets. You only just need to enable. And next regenerate the critical CSS. Then your site’s performance will jump to over 90. Believe us.

I think not being able to remove the card title is really bad, and a ridiculous limitation. Adding a new feature that forces you to have a tab isn’t an improvement for me. Thank you.

This seems the be the third party plugin confliction issue, please deactivate all the third party plugins on your site and check back, if that will solve your issue, then again activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site.

Actually, By default, there are no such settings available in the theme nor in the WooCommerce plugin. Coupons are handled and managed by the WooCommerce plugin. To achieve this you can use any third-party plugin from WP Market which suits your requirements at your own risk. I hope you can understand.

Woocommerce gives warning about porto/woocommerce/cart/cart-shipping.php and porto/woocommerce/global/quantity-input.php woo templates being OUTDATED, them being in version 3.6.0 and 4.0.0 instead of 7.3.0 and 7.2.0 respectively… Do you know about this?

I once wrote some great features to be added in the porto, for example, 1. adding quantity selector in the offcavas mini cart panel 2. when adding an product, can you offer an option for the mini cart panel to be automatically opened. The above features have been added in Woodmart and Blocksy.
Today, I strongly recommend your team to consider adding sliding submenus into the mobile menu. The example demo is https://parkofideas.com/goldish/demo/. The theme name is Goldish in the themeforest if you search it. Its mobile menu design is amazing and quite similar to Shopify theme.
I know your team is busy and the recent theme update is great and more stable, especially the support is a lot better than before. Hope we can be better and become the theme leader in the themeforest. The new design of woocommerce theme is the key to get more conversions.

1. You can change the background image in Theme Options > Breadcrumbs.
2. You can also change the background image in the page meta box when your site is not full site editing(fse) mode.
3. You can also change the breadcrumbs section using the block in the Porto template builder.
- Create a block in the Porto Template Builder
- And set conditions in the ‘banner’ of Porto Page Layouts.
