Yes, this demo layout that you have provided can be used with Elementor. Note, that not all pages can be edited with Elementor, you can edit simple pages and posts only. Archive pages and other theme’s specific pages couldn’t be edited with Elementor or any other page builder plugins in general

Unfortunately, the theme’s main page builder plugins are WP Bakery and Elementor (elementor not for all the theme’s demo layouts) by default. There is no integration for other page builder plugins in the theme

I’m asking if your theme’s stuff has shortcodes or only widgets for elementor or bakery? I wanna use my own layouts done with gutenberg to avoid elementor, but still would need your theme’s technical stuff for the actual cars listing stuff. Would that work?
Unfortunately, I am not able to suggest or advise you whether it will work smoothly or not. As all the theme’s main elements were developed only for WP Bakery and partly for the Elementor page builder plugins.

Please re-read our latest comment once again, the theme’s elements work only with WP Bakery and Elementor by default. There are shortcodes for elements, but those shortcodes work only in the WP Bakery page builder classic mode by default

As the Rental demo layout was integrated with the Woocommerce plugin, you can add simple product in the Woocommerce products section and it will be as Rental Item to be rented, all the settings and stocks you can manage from the single product directly. Lately whenever a theme update is available, I have considerable trouble completing the update.
I always lose access to my WP-ADMIN (usually get a “too many redirects” browser error). I’ve found that changing to a default theme before updating the Motors theme usually help. But sometimes I’m unable to do this via WP-ADMIN and instead have to make the change from my database/PHP admin.
I also usually have to inactivate all my plug-ins by renaming the plug-in folder via FTP.
I’m eventually able to finish the update after jumping through these hoops, along with sometimes having to restore my site to previous date. I’m wondering if anyone else is having similar problems, or if its just me.

We should inform you, that not all the demo layouts can be used with the Elementor at the moment. Other demo layouts integration will be included step-by-step in future updates.

After changing the theme, I am unable to load the dashboard and I receive the following error:

We couldn’t detect such kind of issue in our testing environment with the latest version of the theme and pre-packed plugins. The 4.0 version is a very outdated one, we recommend you make updates regularly. Now, we can recommend you try to upload the latest version of the theme on the local host, then import the same demo layout, after it, you can get the pre-packed plugins with the latest versions as well, try to upload the latest versions of the plugins to your live domain

Tried your suggestion but still doesn’t seem to work. A clean installation does work of course, but I don’t want to lose all the changes I’ve made in the current site
Try to upload the updates from your testing environment with the latest versions to your live active site, you need to update the theme and the pre-packed plugins of your used demo layout with their latest versions. The theme update process doesn’t change the content and settings by default. If you have some customizations in your parent theme, you need to install a child theme. If you will make your modifications to your child theme you don’t have to worry about losing the modifications.

With correct server limits, you will be able to import demo content without any restrictions by default. You can get your server limits under the Motors > system status section. If you have lower server limits, you will need to increase limits by contacting your hosting provider team directly

whenever i update the theme i always face some problem. i come to check the comments and i find comments with the same problem…This happens too many times lately in updates.
The last problem I encountered with :the server can’t process the image. This can happen if the server is busy or doesn’t have enough resources to complete the task. Uploading a smaller image may help. The suggested maximum size is 2560 pixels.
You must have php8.0 with Version: 5.3.9.
