1. The theme supports the Elementor page builder plugin, and by default, it comes only with the default free Elementor plugin, the Pro version is not included with the theme package. We should inform you, that not all the demo layouts can be used with the Elementor at the moment. Other demo layouts integration will be included step-by-step in future updates.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and all the theme pre-packed plugins should be updated as well. The latest version of the theme is compatible with the 8 PHP by default, there could be some issues with higher versions only

I’m trying to update the theme to version 5.4.0 from 4.0, and am manually updating the theme manually following this manual https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/getting-started/how-to-update-motors

After changing the theme, I am unable to load the dashboard and I receive the following error:

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

It constantly redirects to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=stm-admin-plugins#core

How do I fix this?

We couldn’t detect such kind of issue in our testing environment with the latest version of the theme and pre-packed plugins. The 4.0 version is a very outdated one, we recommend you make updates regularly. Now, we can recommend you try to upload the latest version of the theme on the local host, then import the same demo layout, after it, you can get the pre-packed plugins with the latest versions as well, try to upload the latest versions of the plugins to your live domain

Tried your suggestion but still doesn’t seem to work. A clean installation does work of course, but I don’t want to lose all the changes I’ve made in the current site

Try to upload the updates from your testing environment with the latest versions to your live active site, you need to update the theme and the pre-packed plugins of your used demo layout with their latest versions. The theme update process doesn’t change the content and settings by default. If you have some customizations in your parent theme, you need to install a child theme. If you will make your modifications to your child theme you don’t have to worry about losing the modifications.

whenever i update the theme i always face some problem. i come to check the comments and i find comments with the same problem…This happens too many times lately in updates.

The last problem I encountered with :the server can’t process the image. This can happen if the server is busy or doesn’t have enough resources to complete the task. Uploading a smaller image may help. The suggested maximum size is 2560 pixels.

You must have php8.0 with Version: 5.3.9.

Unfortunately, there is no such kind of ready option in the theme demo contents and demo layouts. However, you can try to create locations as Menu Items, by creating new pages and setting them as locations for the header menu section

Hey hi….After i updated the theme, i can’t access my admin dash board any more. It’s saying can’t open the page, but when i turn off the plugins from Cpanel am accessing and when i check the error log it’s saying ( public_html/wp-content/plugins/stm_vehicles_listing/includes/vehicle_functions.php on line 122)

And when i turn off that stm vehicles listing plugin i still can’t access still

Yes, the theme’s main purpose is for vehicles and car items in general. It needs to make some changes and modification to the core custom design and other aspects to integrate for other listings (modification and customization is not part of Support). In addition, listings are not part of products and couldn’t be used with the Booking of Woocommerce by default

Hello, I like this theme but every time I try to update the theme the wordpress control panel breaks and does not allow me to access it. I have already tried it 4 times this week… this morning I have seen a new update of the theme and when applying it the cpanel breaks again. Help please

The latest version of the theme is 5.4.0. There is no need to enter to cPanel.
