I can’t update the plugins “Update Now”, it takes me to the main multisite URL and I can’t download because I’m going to the site network and I don’t have the activation code for the main network URL. I had purchased this theme long ago, now I wish to update the plugins including revolution slider, but when I downloaded the entire folder from here, there was no folder named plugins or anything. So how do I update my revolution slider because it won’t update automatically.?

None of the required plugins would update, including your own branded TheGem plugins. My license is activated, but nothing worked properly. I had the latest version installed, but the solution, strangely, was to delete TheGem theme and re-install the same version again. Then the plugins all updated correctly after. This needs to be more reliable.

​I’m getting an error that I can’t activate the theme because it’s been deactivated for the site. This is the only site with the Gem theme so I’m not sure why I can’t keep using it. I’m trying to update the theme and can’t do so without activating it

I stopped building it for quite a while but now went back to continue, but I couldn’t activate the theme even if it’s “live” in the license manager. Hi, I have multiple THEGEM licenses purchased and used on multiple different sites on different hosting servers. I have noticed that when I enter to modify something on a page, it appears totally blank in the WPBAKERY content editor. I have to refresh several times until the editor options appear. Are there any more complaints about it? I would like to know how I can solve this.

Hey folks, two quick presale question: 1. In the demos I only see a dropdown cart, is it also possible to have a off canvas side cart? Does your theme come with light and dark header styles so I can use a standard header and change to a different header with light text for dark background sections?

Where is the woocommerce category pages header defined? There is only one header in the template builder but a different header is displayed on category pages.

I have been using this for awhile on a Multisite install and the updater has never worked properly. I have not had this issue with any of the other themes when updating. Please add to comments here on how to update, as I have seen others facing the same issue.

Hey guys…been a while since we have used this theme and only just noticed that you now have integrated the brilliant ELEMENTOR page builder Can you tell us is all of your demos are now Elementor Compatible ie: all built with elementor? Just so we now which demo to install/activate going forward (we don’t like Visual Composer) thanks for the AWESOME Work…....:)
