where is the maintenance page

Maintenance page is not included with the theme. You can use elements like countdown to create the page and set it from Admin > Elementor > Tools > Maintenance.
Hide maintenance page template sections like topbar, header, sub header, contact footer, footer etc. from Templates > Edit template and set “Page Attributes” – “Elementor Full Width” template ( screenshot: https://paste.pics/MPTFN ).

You can add 404.php file to child theme and customize it or you can install “Smart Custom 404 error page [404page]” plugin to make any page as a 404 page.
1. Install and activate plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/404page/
2. Go to Admin > Appearance > 404 Error Page
3. Go to “Genaral” section and select page for 404 error page.

Good day. I have just installed the theme for the first time after a fresh wordpress install.
In the customizer, I cannot change the sub-header background image on the home page (I have followed the video twice).
I can click on an image, the image appears in the sidebar as the selected image, the sub-header grows opaque for a bit, and then returns with the original image.
Am I missing something? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Ignore above. It’s the slider. Took a while to figure it out. Could I suggest in your video about the subheader that you change the bit about changing the image to ‘all pages’ and say ‘those pages not set to display through the revolution slider’. It would have saved me a bit of time.

Another question if I may. Firstly this is a stellar theme. Just given it 5 stars. You have created extended URLs e.g. from the home page through to a specific service page as in https://myurl.com/services/website-designing/. I would like to extend what you have done, but cannot see how to do it. Are there permalink settings for the services page allowing this to happen? If so, could you point me towards where I can see them? Many thanks .. a Fan.

Kindly note it is a coding issue and you need to check the same with a developer. As we are not into coding or development, our assistance to such issues is limited. Therefore, we would recommend that you check the error log and review the code to see if there are any issues with it.
Your web developer should be able to review the error log and identify any issues with the code. Once the issues are resolved, the website and the wp-admin panel should function properly.

It is a WordPress core installation issue. There are two main reasons for this error.
- The upload (installation) wasn’t complete - Some file permissions are not correct (folders: 755, files: 644).
I suggest you to reinstall wordpress or check the below files with your installed files.

the elementor plugin updated and now i cannot edit my website, it stays on the loading page. I tried this on all pages and same thing, stuck on the elementor loading page. Please advise.
Also the Slider Revolution cannot update, it is asking for a license key. Does the them i purchased come with a license key so i can do the plugin update?

Hello Admin, I am interested in your Theme. However, I was reading comment from a year old where user asked whether if by default all post can have sidebar instead of selecting 1 by 1 each post. And you said you will update it. Is it done? All still we have to manually select the side through options in each post one by one?

It depends on functionality which you need. Jetpack plugin has many features, and we didn’t test all of them since plugin isn’t officially supported, but also we didn’t have any complains from Bizix theme users, so it should work fine.

I have the bizix theme/child theme. I have not really been doing updates as I have everything on auto update. I was notified several times that my website is broken. Looks like i lost content and some functions. Also the plugin “Gyan Elements” is not working properly. How much to just have you guys login and fix my issues. 1. Log in to the FTP client and remove the “Gyan Elements” plugin ( ../wp-content/plugins/gyan-elements ).
2. Log in to WordPress admin. Install the Envato market plugin and update the theme with the latest version.
