We did the latest update of the Pearl theme on our wordpress website today and since then the main navigation on mobile devices is stuck. The navigation is by default active and when clicking on the hamburger menu the bg overlay color is shown but not the menu items… can this be handled and fixed asap?
We would also like to know how we can do a rollback to the previous version of this theme? Since the mobile menu is not working and users can’t read the header at the moment.

After the theme update, you will need to update all the theme pre-packed plugins as well under the WordPress dashboard > appearance > install plugins section. Make sure that you didn’t change the theme scripts or codes previously, if so, I recommend you re-check by deactivating your child theme and by deactivating all of your site’s extra third-party plugins as well. Moreover, make sure that your server limits are according to the theme’s required limits.
The previous version, you can make from your hosting server, if your provider supports backups

This page can be changed/edited with the WP Bakery page builder plugin, so you can set elements from your end, you can use ready demo pages, or can create your own pages and posts with your desired elements

Yes, I have already used this option but I still can’t make it look the same, I can change colors, typography, size, but not completely change how it looks and behaves, I think it’s something in the CSS.

is there an update for Pearl for WP6.x and PHP 8.X? I run PHP 7.4 but I have to pay € 8,—/month from April on for “Extended support” of the old version.
I updated the theme from inside WP with the effect of errors if I change to PHP 8.0 or 8.1 and the website is gone.

For the whole WordPress environment the recommended PHP version is 7.4 at the moment. There could be some unexpected issues with 8 or higher versions, as 8 PHP is under beta testing. We will update the theme to the PHP 8 step by step in the future updates

Am 26. November 2020 war es so weit: Mit dem Major-Release PHP 8.0.0 wurde die neueste Ausgabe der beliebten Skriptsprache veröffentlicht. Dies entspricht dem normalen Drei-Jahres-Zyklus bei PHP. Der Vorgänger PHP 7.4 war zuvor rund ein Jahr lang aktiv, nachdem u. a. der Support für PHP 7.1 eingestellt worden war. Auch der Support für PHP 7.2 ging Ende 2020 zu Ende.

The restriction comes due to the latest updates of WordPress, as they have removed the classic widgets editor for the widgets section of WordPress. However, you can easily install the following plugin and activate it -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/. After it, you will be able to manage the widgets without any restrictions on your site

Hi, We are having problems with font styles. After a recent theme update our site is now using Times new roman though its set to a specific google font in the theme settings. We have tried several changes to make the google font show but no luck. Do you have any suggestions ? it seems to work on chrome when using a Mac but not a pc. On a pc nothing works (edge, chrome, Firefox) ?
