Hello, we want to change our domain name as we are resetting up our website and want to activate the staging domain. I logged in and deactivated my live domain’s license and then tried to activate the staging domain, but it does not work. It gives error that no purchase found for the envato account. Which is not correct? Can you please help with this?

I understand that support has expired, but activating a purchased theme should still be possible?
