Hello dear Aventa,
I purchased the theme 2x and I have no idea how. I would like to get a refund on one, because I’d like to keep obviously one theme, the one with the extended support thus I’d like to get a refund on the one item that has no extended support.

Hi, i used your aventa theme for my ecommerce 3407.fr I saw a problem when i add product in my basket. The cart window appears, and don’t stop loading… with a white window and keep fixing like this. It does not update properly. If you click somewhere else to go to another page, cart still in 0, does not show what’s in because it keep loading. You must wait the “see my cart” black pop-up to go in and purchase.
Can you help me ? cause clients can not buy on my website because of this.

Hi,
I bought Aventa template few years ago. My support is no longer available but I have to ask about an issue. Woocommerce is telling me some files are outdated :
aventa/templates/woocommerce/global/form-login.php aventa/templates/woocommerce/global/quantity-input.php aventa/templates/woocommerce/product-searchform.php

Really like this theme for my store. But one thing I hope the team can update, it’s not from me, it’s from my buyers’ feedback.
The coupon code enter section on checkout page, instead of a floating one, make it a stable section like cart page, it really confuses the buyers.

On the product page, the product photos blend together so you can’t easily see what pictures they are. Any idea how to solve this?

Hi, I’ve compatibility problems with aventa and woocommerce regarding adding products to the cart.
If I click on add to cart, a popup opens but it remains in loading.
Only if you close the popup the product added in the cart, but this causes people to abandon.
Wordpress and aventa are updated to the latest version, as is woocommerce.
Theme: Demo 8 PHP 7.4

At first set your languages and its URL format in WPML settings (Language URL format). After that you could use WMPL menu or Add it by Aventa settings : Open Aventa settings->Languages and in the “1st Language” box write your language name and in “1st Language URL” box, put the URL of the language. I do not recommend this theme. Support has been inaccessible for 2 weeks and the theme has become incompatible with woocommerce. I need an answer urgently!
