In the countdown timer, kindly add the functionality to add hour and minutes as well, instead of entering the date, we should be able to add at which hour the countdown should end.

P/S: our developer has just confirmed that the countdown already supports hours and minutes. You can enter the date option with “hours:minutes:seconds” format, eg “2023/03/07 00:00:00”

Thank you for your feedback. Actually, the version 2.2.4 doesn’t change anything of the product grid. It could be the conflict of plugins. You can try to deactivate plugins one by one to test the problem.

Thanks for your replay but in fact I already tested deactivating all plugins except for WooCommerce, Konte Addons and WPBakery Page Builder. I also flushed my cache and made multiple tests.
The “Random” option stoped working right after I updated to 2.2.4. Are you planning on submitting an update to fix this?
Our developer tested this problem and the “Random” option for the Product Grid shortcode worked very well. We will test it more and fix it if it is a problem of the theme.
It may be a cache-related problem if your website server supports one, or a CDN (like Cloudflare). If you can share your website URL, we can test it and assist you better.

Hi. I cleared my local cache as well as Cloudflare’s for testing, and as I mentioned the random feature worked well (even with caches) and just started failing after the update. My website’s URL is https://toguels.com and the product grid in the home page is the one that is failing to be randomly ordered.

At this time, our developer is working to improve it, so it will be loaded dynamically via AJAX. We will fix this problem in the next update. At this time, you can try another sorting option.

Hi, I stumbled upon one issue with your theme.
I’m using the currency switcher which you support with the theme. All works all right just the thing is that this currency switcher loads react lib on the front end of the website. I see that you managed to handle that on your demo page. This is a big thing for me as it lowers speed scores significantly.
The theme is purchased by the client. I’m the one who does the dev work on it.

1. There is only one built-in plugin for this theme. It contains all theme’s additional features.
Besides this plugin, you will need to install some other plugins to ensure the theme work with full features. You can check this document for more information:
https://docs.uix.store/konte/#/installation/install-plugins2. All of these plugins are bundled in the theme for free. You don’t need to pay any extra fee. They will be updated with the theme on every release.
3. The loading speed of this theme is very good. But you still can optimize it more with a cache plugin and a free CDN like Cloudflare.

I’m having the same problem as juanjomunozlorencio and Lucian2 about the side panel not opening or notification not appearing after a user added a product to cart… UX is getting really affected by this.. I’m seeing Hotjar recordings of people adding multiple times the same item.. We need a fix ASAP please

The YellowPencil plugin is no longer included in the theme. Now it is available as a free plugin on WordPress.org already. You can find it here:
