Hi, we have that issue updating the theme at his last version, and the last wordpress version. Specifically after the bridge core plugin update:

Hi!

I have a pending project with a life coaching company – they will need about 35 websites designed with life coaching clients and I want them to use Bridge theme. Because of the nature of the project we cant buy 35 seperate licenses to start. But I know many of these clients will want to expand, and renew support and have individual accounts. I noticed now the theme needs an individual license to fully operate. Is there a possibility to work together to create all these licenses – as it does represent future revenue and use. Iv been using this theme for a long time for many of my clients, but I used an install a long time ago for two of my websites and bought additional licenses and my clients have had there own licenses.

I plan on creating a demo or two based of your demos and use this as stock content for the websites where clients do not have images or branding kits. Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks for writing in! Please note that the Regular license for theme copies only allows their use for a single end product // meaning, one installation on one domain.

Currently Envato is probably one of the biggest sellers of digital products, and any product from their market can be used only for one single app, and in this case, that is one theme installation within only one domain. There is no option for bulk or agency license purchase.

Hi guys, what is the latest version out? Mine is at 29.3, are there newer ones? As I’ve had the theme for about a year and it feels the site is slowly busy to fall a part and plugin issues are happening almost daily now. I look forward to your response, Thanks!

How can I deactivate a license code on a domain that is no longer operational? I deleted the test site but did not deactivate the license.

Please note that that you should have deregistered the theme prior to installing it to a new installation, you can read more about it here.

You can always do it on your end from our help center

my theme is registered but it says it’s not activated. how do I activate the theme ?

Could you please let us know what exact message you get, as well as have you updated both the theme and Bridge Core plugin to the latest version.

If you have not registered it ,you should do this from Qode Dashboard , you can take a look at this tutorial.

Long story short. Yesterday I posted a question asking how to edit the footer using Elementor which Bridge stated was included in the purchase of the theme. I did not receive support here, so I went to Elementor directly. Their response was as follows.

“Hello there,

Thank you for contacting us.

That is an illegal reseller!

Elementor does not allow resellers, so there aren’t any other marketplaces other than directly through us. You will not be able to edit or delete any headers or footers unless purchasing directly from us.”

Is this accurate? Have I purchased an illegal product from you? Does this explain why WPBakery does not work either?

Our Bridge theme comes with Elementor regular free version and all you can see on our demos can be purchased with the free version. We are not selling nor reselling Elementor Pro since it is not included within the theme purchase.

Our Bridge theme has its own options for Footer and Header, and to edit the content of the footer you can navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Footer widget area, and the settings for the footer you can find in our Qode Options > Footer.

I apparently purchased Bridge theme on 2020-11-24 and went into a coma next day. I just am starting to use it and am trying to edit the footer however all pro options are greyed out and not selectable. I thought Elementor was included in the purchase of the theme. I need to either A edit the footer or B delete the footer, but it’s not allowing me to do either. Also, WPBakery won’t work either. It keeps saying “Edit with Elementor” so I can’t delete it there either.

Can someone help me with this?

Hi Qode Team, I used the Qode Element Blog Masonry to implement the blog on my main page. It should result in a 3 column if in grid, but on the computer screen it displays just 2 columns. Only if I make the browser window narrower it starts displaying the 3 columns. I have really no clue. Can you help me, please?

This is super disappointing to me as I see you are answering a lot of questions here. I had been paying support for many years and I kindly ask you to help me now without urging me to renew support because it is obviously a bug only happening in firefox. How do I obtain the latest version of WPBakery included with the theme? I have updated the theme to the latest one already and WPBakery is still an old version.

We updated the theme, wordpress, and plugins. Now we are getting this error throughout the website:

Hi! We´ve the theme installed and realized that the post title is define as H2 (.blog_holder.blog_single article h2) Which is the best way to change it to H1 in order to improve the SEO? Thanks in avance.

Thanks for writing in! This cannot be achieved through Theme Options. To make these changes it is necessary to modify blog_single-loop.php template located on this path: wp-content\themes\bridge\templates\blog_single-loop.php

and change the h2 to h1. This is necessary to do for every post type ( standard, audio, video, gallery… ).

Other option is to enable Qode Title on posts and set “Text Size” to “Large”, this way h1 tag will be used for the title in title area.

After i installed the theme and all plugins i tried to install Demo “Travel Tours” but all i get after demo installation is a white/blank page….even if i try to open the “home” site in elementor i can see it but i cant change anything because the left side is loading for hours…...what did i do wrong?

The countdown element in VC is just going until 2022. I can not set it on 2023 or 2024 for example. Do you gave a update for this?

Also Bridge theme does have certain options such as disabling icon packages and the loading of specific JS files to improve the performance if needed.
