Hi,
We have built a page using this theme, and we are currently having problems updating pages (editing them) and text on home page. Te text editor is not working. We are unable to open the text editor on front end editing.
We have updated PHP and sources and still the problem persists.

But if there is a problem, we will take a look at it. In your screenshot the image seems to have no link set, so the toggle should be accessible. Yes, the link was inserted, I want when you click the image to open a new link, but the popup show up.
I see the problem. So you are setting a custom link on the image, and the image is still using the lightbox. I tried it now and it looks like the lightbox overrides the custom link. The only way it works if you add the image through a classic editor element https://prnt.sc/WQq-owMgEHzH -> https://prnt.sc/XXEldIK1Vvkp and add the custom link like so https://prnt.sc/J0NSHi1J8qZO -> https://prnt.sc/5cjkK-eqe2_j So it looks like using the the image element from Gutenberg a custom link can’t be set as long as the global modal setting is active. I’ll test some more and we will fix the issue as soon as it is identified.

I lost all settings and theme spec. on 6 websites.
Even I try to load a backup file of theme settings it still horrible.
I lost all thumbnail settings, all my footer, my header, my cloud theme settings
What huge amout of work that update generate to me….

The last update was a minor update, no major problems have been reported so far. But there can always be isolated cases. Assuming all the plugins you were using before updating are updated and activated, the websites should display exactly the same and all the settings should be there. Please check if the standard pack plugin is active, if perhaps you were using content from it before https://prnt.sc/nrhOJC0_POM4 The theme panel keeps backups as well https://prnt.sc/MStKanclgm2q It keeps 10 backups, which gradually get replaced as the theme panel is saved again. Maybe those are useful so you can restore the theme panel. A website backup should also work, their purpose is exactly that of restoring the website to how it was at the time of making it. Well here is a magor problems.
All websites concerned were up to date (WP and Plugins) before updating the theme.
And for all this website, all theme panel setting have been reset.
Of course i have full backup of the website, but what the point to step back and update the theme again if the result is the same.
why 5 websites with this theme have been affected with the same issue.

I can’t say unfortunately. It is not a normal thing to happen, and there’s no easy solution if none of the backups worked. The theme panel settings are all kept in a table the theme creates in the database of the website. The cases that I can think of when the settings are lost/removed would be these:
Something happens with the database or with that table specifically.
The theme panel is willfully reset using the theme panel setting from the import/export panel.
A demo which was installed is uninstalled, or a new demos is installed.
But there could always be other unexpected cases. I am very sorry for this situation, if there’s anything we can help with please let us know.

I have a fresh install and used the NewsHub Pro prebuilt website. For some reason the “My account” overlaps the Avatar. I made no changes and it isn’t aligned properly by default..

I believe there isn’t enough space there to display the avatar next to the text. The logo is bigger and that seems to be the reason why it pushes the other elements to the right. I have a suggestion, in the composer please click on this column containing the logo https://prnt.sc/jfOXrQxVylwB and remove the “auto” value of the width set for it. Can it run properly without installing tagdiv composer and tagdiv cloud library?

The composer plugin is a required plugin. Then it is a matter of choice for what other theme plugins you use. One of the two, the cloud library or the standard pack plugin, will have to be used. Each provide their own demos, elements in the composer, settings, etc. Some demos may require extra plugins, like the social counter, the newsletter, the optin builder. So it depends. That class is set on the rows if you used this setting for them https://prnt.sc/Q6bYvZvU72Xg This setting is useful if perhaps you want to show or not show specific content, depending on the visitor being logged in or not. Please check the rows from the post page which are disappearing, because they might be using that setting.

I was referring to the post template. I see that for the posts you are using a cloud post template. Please edit it with the composer and check if the option I mentioned on the rows was used to hide the rows. , but it works only for flex blocks, and I need it for all blocks, including in the sidebar and related posts section. I’m migrating my website from another theme and all images there were adapted/chosen for a “center-center” crop. My website is a blog of visual arts (https://visualflood.com) and images are the main feature there. Your cropping setting is hiding the main/best information of the featured images. If it’s not possible to change it, unfortunately, your theme isn’t useful for me. :’(

Flex blocks can be used anywhere, including for displaying related articles using the special filters https://prnt.sc/dy4ZrwCnao9W and in the sidebar of the post https://prnt.sc/lXES-WGAsFnO All that is needed is to use a cloud post template https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Single The older blocks don’t have similar settings for the images unfortunately. And the center tp cropping method is usually the best overall method for most cases. Not for all of them however. Modifying the cropping method will require making modifications in the theme files, then regenerating all the thumbnails. The modifications will be lost after updating the theme. So if possible, the best way to display the images in a better way is to use flex blocks everywhere. The composer can be used to design everything, pages and templates (post, category, tag, author, etc.). We can discuss more before you make a decision, please send us an email at any time.

That doesn’t sound like something we could fix, if the issue is fixed by clearing the cache, and perhaps caused by it as well. The theme pagination uses ajax, maybe something is blocking the request the theme pagination makes, so it will not work. You could try setting a schedule to automatically clear the cache regularly, and avoid the problem. Or if possible try a different caching plugin to see if the issue still happens. Hi. Is it not possible to set Single Post Table of Contents into the Single post content block of a Single Template, right? IMHO it would be really useful.

Usually the table of content is displayed at the top of the post, or perhaps in the sidebar. But if there are requests for displaying it inside the post content, then we may add an option for it. Maybe as an option similar to the post content ads, so that it can be set to appear after a a number of paragraphs. Or to be able to use it freely as a shortcode. We will consider it for a future update.

Hello, After the last update there is a problem with presenting a list of posts with the flex block 1 in rows. Probably the block now would show in line only posts with short titles (before the update there was no such a problem). How I could fix it. Adjusting font size for post content for the mobile theme doesn’t work, the font just stays small and it makes users leave my website. I tried making it 15 pt, but it doesn’t work, tried changing font, didn’t work. Nothing works.
I uninstalled and reinstalled td-composer and the mobile theme and it fixed the problem. Fonts and font sizes change on mobile theme again.
