how to edit header in site footer?

I am facing the same issue at my live websites which are using phlox.pro as theme.
Looking for a possible good solution for this asap.
Why I can not import the sections from your library to my site? I can import complete demo. No problems there. But if I want to add price table section from your library it does not work. The “copy” button does nothing and the “import” button creates page with that section that does not open in Elementor at all. I have asked for support but it is a joke so far. Even though I provided admin login to my site and described the problem like I did here I was asked to provide details of the problems and some screen shots I am not going to touch the problem with the page falling apart for nearly all the demos. So far it was a waste of my time and money.
Hi. Sorry for the inconvenience. I can confirm that some of the templates in the Templates Kits section are not opening in the Elementor and we are looking into it. This is not happening for all of the templates. Please follow up on your ticket and we will do our best to provide assistance for you.
I seem to have constant issues with this theme that’s supposed to be so wonderful for elementor. I keep receiving these error messages auxin-shop/public/templates/woocommerce/cart/cart-shipping.php version 3.6.0 is out of date. The core version is 7.3.0, The error occurs with every wc page I have.

The envato elements does not work, so installing the demos is essentially pointless when there are watermarks on images or no images at all. I have been an envato customer for a couple of years and unable to link my email. I have checked and double checked the email. Part of the reason I bought this theme was because I liked the graphics in the stylist theme and having to remove all the watermark graphics takes away from the overall feel. I wasn’t able to find any of the graphics to upload them directly. If envato is not able to be linked, it would be nice to at least provide the links allowing customers to download directly from envato…Having themes using graphics and such but not actually being able to use the theme the way it appears should be clearly stated. I would have probably thought twice before purchasing a theme that will appear different than the demos portrayed..A support ticket was already submitted a yesterday morning.

I have a yearly subscription and the email address with your so called login part to check doesn’t want to accept or even check, I’ve tried 3 different email addresses by changing my email with my account and it still doesn’t work. What’s the purpose on having the ability to choose the watermark remove section if you have an account when your programing for this feature doesn’t work. I also have the envato elements plugin on my website with an API key and that works connecting to my account, and your import demo doesn’t even notice that either. So what am I supposed to do.

it doesn’t matter what demo, it’s the pop up section for removing the watermarks, I’m not paying for a problem that is your demo installer with the theme not connecting to the Envato Elements to verify if you have a subscription or not. This to me is a broken plugin you have. I can’t put in a ticket it tells me I have to pay. I’m not paying for something that clearly isn’t on my end.

We have used Elementor Free and we developed our own Elementor Element, so you do not need to purchase Elementor Pro if you want to use Phlox and its templates, but having Elementor pro is a positive thing

hello there, the theme is great, however, there are multiple errors going on when i try to install now, and my support has expired and i cant afford renewing it, the plugins are incompatible. please is there any updates am not aware of ? I CANT USE THE THEME AT ALL. is there an email to send screen shots? I ALSO CANT USE THE LICENSE KEY .. DESPITE DELETING ALL ITS FILES FROM A PREVIOUS DOMAIN, ITS A BIG MESS HERE

hello, The sliders are not imported by default. I have Depicter and Master Slider. I want to change the text of the slider. But the sliders are not there, and are not imported. Do you have a file i can import for the sliders.
Our client’s site has an issue when on mobile, the page sticks or anchors when trying to scroll. We’ve tried it on Android and iOS devices, the problem does not occur on tablets.

Already found it, could manage both with editing in Elementor instead of the backend. But another question, is it possible to have HTML code in the Portfolio Overview field.? It doesn’t show etc, so I can’t have separate paragraphs.
Hi. I am glad that you managed to resolve the issue. Regarding the HTML tags in the Portfolio Overview section, pelase note that there are two modes available for the editor. Visual and Text. Using the Text mode you can add HTML formatted text there.
Goodday Sir/Madam, I’ve bought this theme a while ago, but I have some issues after updating the plugins. There are sections missing after I update the plugins. This cant be right. you can purchase a support, as you may know there is only 6 months support included in your original purchase and we have tried to help you long time after your support expired already. The support price is very reasonable and I think it is worth to pay for that.

When did you help me after the support was expired? Okay so now you are saying that I have to pay 23 dollar to fix the bug in your theme? That is not reasonable, you are responsabel for the fact that the theme is working in all ways, also with a new update of PHP for example. I will buy another theme instead of paying for the support only. You do not have to help me anymore.
I am so sorry to hear that, but you have purchased your license 4 years ago, right? we normally provide support a few months after its expired to our users. and please note that this is not a bug and Phlox should be working fine, we checked this in a standard environment. and please be sure if there is a bug in Phlox for sure we are going to fix it in our product.

I added my license to my support account and after that It deleted from your system. Now I’m not be able to activate the licence with the same code again. And it says: “The purchase key is registered for another customer.”
Hello!! Excellent theme but the support ticket sucks…. i would like to know if it’s possible that the filter in the portfolio archive or the Elementor modal, goes under the subcategories of the portfolio, so it filters among the subcategories.
Hi. Regarding the support tickets, please note that there is an unexpected problem that is not completely caused by our side but we are trying to resolve it. For the category filter, unfortunately it does not have that capability, but we mark this as a feature request.
