A separate license is required for each live website however you can stop using Avada on existing website and will be able to use that license on another website if needed.

i purchase Avada, but with latest update, all my registration is gone and i cant find my register code in theme forest …..

To find your purchase code: a) Access the downloads section of your ThemeForest account, https://themeforest.net/downloads b) Access your license via the download tab in the of your Avada item download button, Screenshot here → https://tinyurl.com/yegnoscv c) Each single purchase of Avada will have its own respective purchase code. One purchase code can be used to register a single Avada install.

i bought your theme, how can i make a form that sends data to an other page.

For example: i want a leadform where the user add a postcode and housenumber.

On submit the data must be send to an landingspage where he can fill in the rest of the needed information.

Hi, I bought your Theme a while ago, but running in some trouble I can’t fix anymore.

I deactivated all other Plugins and cleared the cache, but the Theme isn’t responsive anymore.

If I use the Avada Edit Live everything works just fine, but If I save it there no responsive function anymore.

I have 2 purchase codes for the Avada theme, but neither of them works. I can’t even get support because my purchase codes don’t show up in my account at theme fusion and when I want to register either of my 2 purchase codes in my account on theme fusion I get the error: “Purchase code is already in use.” Therefore I can’t even post the problem to the forum on theme fusion. When I want to use my purchase codes on my websites I receive the message that both my purchase codes have been used on other domains. The problem is I have no idea where these might have been used so I can unregister them.

Hello, After Entering the Purchase Code into my website, it shows me this Error. The purchase code is already being used on another domain. I haven’t installed the theme on any of website. Updated Wordpress now have this error:

There has been a critical error on this website.

Only have had the Theme since August 2022 whole thing has been a headache for me to be honest. Maybe it wasn’t the right Theme for me.

I bought a license from AVADA and after a year I’m building a store on Woocomerce, so I don’t have support anymore. And I have a problem with the “Single Product Page” both the Content and Woo Short Description elements, they show the content of “Short product description” but in neither of the two elements does it show the “Product Description” so it only makes sense use one of the two since they repeat the content. This is so? Is there something I can do to show two different contents? Best regards

When I went to the site in live preview to see the feature demo, using web translation was blocked and only translated to the top black page header, which did not recognize the page below. Could be an issue due to permalinks, can you please go to WP dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and make sure its set to postname in this case, please try saving them again once
