At some point, I made some modifications to my header and after restoring and running the setup wizard several times, I can’t seem to get it back to normal. When I’m in “Customize” mode, everything looks absolutely normal: https://postimg.cc/c6rYJ5BZ Yet, when I apply the changes, the header background turns blue and there is hardly any space between items from my menu: https://postimg.cc/dZkTSLVD

I ran the Setup Wizard multiple times. I also went to Appearance > Theme Options and tried to Reset All, but the color and lack of space keep showing up.

How can I restore the Header to its default settings?

I have just checked your site now and it is working perfectly fine for me, please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/75HWGX3P it must be the cache issue at your end nothing else, please try to clear the complete cache or your site and finally check back after clearing the browser cache.

You can set the default color for the typography from Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Typography,

And you can set the Menu, Footer, Header colors under Porto >> Theme Options (Header >> Header Styling/ Footer >> Footer Styling/ Menu >> Menu Styling) and

Further you can change by editing the elements under elements setting as per your requirements.

In that particular demo we have created the header using the Header builder under Template builder, so you have to go to Porto >> Template Builder >> Header and edit the particular header from there, Add/Set the Main Menu element under it as per your requirements.

1- In order to solve your issue simply navigate to the Dashboard >> Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Full Site editing >> and make sure that the option is turned off check this image: https://postimg.cc/V5N3dBr1 once you disable the option navigate to the categories section and you will be able to see “Banner Block, Content Top, Content Bottom options” just like this: https://postimg.cc/VSVHt2b8

2- For the attributes, these options don’t include in the theme. These options only available for the pages, products, and categories. Changes requires extra customization.

Hi, Been using the theme for a long time without a single issue. Recently the menu bar has turned transparent. We can’t see any links or boxes in it but when you goto customize.php the menu is there and its fine. Every plugin has been disabled and still no luck as to the issue. Any idea what it may be?

Update failed: This code was already used in another site. One standard license is valid for only 1 website. Running multiple websites with a single license is a license violation according to Envato license terms. If this is a valid case, please reset your purchase codes through here or contact us with your site url.

Thanks for the URL, those are actually the default paddings of the sections, so you have to set those paddings as Zero and it will resolve your issue.

You can download the Font file from Google (The Complete zip format) file, and then upload it to the Theme from Theme Options >> Font Control, then you will be use it under Theme Options >> Skin >> Typography on your site.

hi, do you have the older version anywhere to download? the version control tab in the theme settings it self is NOT working, it just resets db setting and messes up things, doesn actually install older theme files that i am in need! so please provide a url that has the older versions at lease 2 versions older than the latest one now that i have issues with and i cant rollback. thanks
