this could be an issue with the cache plugin. Please deactivate your cache temporary, clear the mobilr browser cache and try again. If the issie does not occurs anymore. Please install plugin and config from this article: https://knowledgebase.unitedthemes.com/docs/improve-loading-speed/

Hi,
you can globally change them directly on the showcase settings under UT Portfolio and overwrite these colors for each portfolio item. Means when editing the portfolio itself, you have to change the colors on the showcase settings tab in Brooklyn Metapanel below the editor. About the slug, please open Settings > UT Portfolio and change the slug to your needs and then resave your permalinks under Settings > Permalinks.

Hi and congratulations for the theme. I have one question: - I have one page with the container occupies 100% of the screen width (from side to side). But I change my ‘Home’ page by the page with the container occupies 100% of the screen witdh, the screen width is no longer 100%, it becomes 60% and centered. It’s very annoying because it only happens when I change the ‘Home’ page. Thanks!

please check Theme Options > Header > Header and Navigation > Colors and check the option “Always show header and navigation”.

No – problem still there, and I don’t see a resolution. The theme itself seems to have changed it’s default option although nothing was changed – we needed the layout and font like – demo26

in Appearance – Widgets is a Blog Sidebar available – fill it with Widgets. Then edit the page which is your Blog and assign the Location om the right side.

Hello! A friend of mine purchased this theme a long time ago and has lost his credentials to access Envato, we’ve tried every which way to access the account but we are unable to. This is preventing us from accessing the help forum and resolving an issue we keep hitting. I have updated the gallery for the front page full-screen slider, but it’s now appearing as a blank screen. Can you direct me to some form of documentation for the theme or advise on us on a way to prove the purchase? Such as full name, email address etc?

as with every other piece of Software the license code itself is a proof of ownership here. For us searching a license based on Name / Address is not possible. You have to ask envato support in this case, maybe they can restore the account access.

I am not 100% what is the most recent version. I downloaded today due to an email notification, but the changelog has the last update as 13 JUN 22. The Themeforest shows it was updated in DEC 22. Cheers! I have Version 4.9.7.5
