I have a couple of pre-sale questions:

1. Is this theme mainly for online shops/ marketplaces, or can it be used for anything? I need it for a casino affiliate website. So instead of listing products, I list the casinos instead basically that’s the idea, and the products/item page will be the casino review. So For this I need the theme to be as highly customizable as possible, as I need a way to be able to change the URL’s of the pages, like for example /shop or /products, those I have to change to /casinos /reviews or similar.

2. Can all the text and sections be edited, removed and the ability to add new once, for example these once: - Details - Composition - Size & fit

To something like: Casino was founded in 2020, or the Pros and cons of the casino , or the amount of games or deposit methods the casino has.

3. Can all the buttons be edited, for example the button that says “Add to cart”, or “Buy now”, to something like “Play Now” or “Read Review”?

4. Can I add external link to all the buttons, for example instead of sending you to the checkout page, it sends the customers to the casino instead?

5. Can I remove any category, rename them, add new once and change the URL structure of these once?

I believe that’s all my main questions

I have created “Navbar”, “Mega menu”, and “Footer” from BeTheme template. But now I’m facing error that “page not found” in all template items.

I have installed the latest version but demos are not importing.I am using multisite. and i am trying to set up subdomain. He says he built it. it doesn’t give an error. but no content is added.

I am also using shardb. most likely the problem is shardb. I think it would be more correct if there was a default import system. this is the first time i have seen that when importing a content on this system it is not imported.

Does it work with WordPress multisite? Of course, the license is for a single domain, but I’d like to be able to use it on a couple domains from a single database and dashboard.

How do I copy the settings from the Advanced Tab to other elements? I tried copy and paste style and i tried presets, it doesn’t copy the “Animations” i set for an element, which i have set for every element manually. Am i missing something?

Hello, bought my license less than 1 month, I have selected the option for 12 months of support and when I try to register the license on yours support site I receive the message “Support period date from provided license key is older than already existing one in database!”

Any idea why this happens and how to solve it?

We purchased Betheme support via the Envato Market about a month ago. Envato never communicated this purchase to Betheme, so when we log into Betheme, it shows our support as having expired in 2020. Envato has been unhelpful in addressing this issue, telling us to contact Betheme’s author. We sent a message to the Muffin Group almost 2 weeks ago, but they have not responded. They upshot is, a month after paying for support, we still do not have the support we need. Buyer beware!

after years of use i tried to install the theme once again to see what is changed and if it worth using it again now it has elementor compatibility. But i can’t because the license is in use. Only the site is not online anymore so i cannot disable it, how to contact you to have this site removed from our account? So i can renew the support after that and use the license on a new site?

We’re experiencing issues with a demo theme template footer, it’s the bike demo we’ve used. The original background is showing even though the settings have been changed and the image and colour swapped to something else. The info has changed though. Is this something that’s easy to fix or has happened before?
