Hello

I have a problem in Checkout with for=”billing_state”, which causes a bad user experience.

The provinces are shown in a disordered box, you even have to scroll vertically to see all of them. Image of the mess ( https://ibb.co/PjnN7CK )

I have several sites with Flatsome and this only happens to me on one of them.

What is the WooCommerce template that I need to modify to fix this? Where do I find this template? I will show images of what exactly happens I also show you images of the inspector of the two different sites, in which there is a difference This is an image of the web inspector with problems (https://ibb.co/3pJHF40)

And this is an image of the inspector from another website that shows correctly and vertically ordered, the list of provinces (https://ibb.co/z8wXbMn) I’ve double checked my CSS looking for my code to be the culprit, but it’s not the cause This causes a bad user experience

All solved thanks to a user of the Facebook group. Indeed I have elsewhere this code li { display: inline;} . It is a list that I have in Header => HTML , to add it to the Header Builder . I have already corrected it and everything is back to normality Thank you so much

I’m looking at the Classic Shop. Is there any way to prevent the image previews in the featured products section of the home page from being cut off but fitting entirely into the box that contains them?

Is a new update planned anytime soon? The Flatsome status report says that the email-header.php file is outdated (version 4.0.0, should be 7.4.0). Thank you

The email-header.php file belongs to WooCommerce and it’s not overridden by Flatsome. Please check your child theme folder and update the file manually.

After upgrading to the new version, the loading speed of the menu is much slower than that of the previous version (whether PC or mobile), which slows down the loading of the entire page. On the mobile version, after clicking the menu button, it will not immediately open the menu. Instead, it will add ”#” to the URL. To open the menu, you need to click several times, which is not encountered in previous versions (I guess this problem is caused by the slowly loading speed of the menu). I read the comments, and other people have also fed back this problem. I hope the UX team can solve it as soon as possible. Thank you !

Please clear all cache (web server, plugin, CDN, browser, etc.) and recheck the issue. Such problems are usually caused by not clearing the cache after an update.

Hi there – had a quick look around google but struggling to find a simple solution. I’m assuming it can be fixed with a snippet in the functions.php in teh child theme.

How can I change the text in the “Out Of Stock” label on the shop / category / archive page to just say “Sold” instead?

That message says there is a problem with your custom script in the child theme folder. All files inside the child theme belong to you and contain your customizations. Please identify and fix the problem or contact a professional.

I have a couple of pre-sale questions:

1. Is this theme mainly for online shops/ marketplaces, or can it be used for anything? I need it for a casino affiliate website. So instead of listing products, I list the casinos instead basically that’s the idea, and the products/item page will be the casino review. So For this I need the theme to be as highly customizable as possible, as I need a way to be able to change the URL’s of the pages, like for example /shop or /products, those I have to change to /casinos /reviews or similar.

2. Can all the text and sections be edited, removed and the ability to add new once, for example these once: - Details - Composition - Size & fit

To something like: Casino was founded in 2020, or the Pros and cons of the casino , or the amount of games or deposit methods the casino has.

3. Can all the buttons be edited, for example the button that says “Add to cart”, or “Buy now”, to something like “Play Now” or “Read Review”?

4. Can I add external link to all the buttons, for example instead of sending you to the checkout page, it sends the customers to the casino instead?

5. Can I remove any category, rename them, add new once and change the URL structure of these once?

I believe that’s all my main questions :)

Hello! I have an issue. On a mobile device, after I click menu elements or any other buttons with active elements, like the search button, instead of opening the menu it just adds ”#” to my URL. To actually open the menu/search I need to click 2-3 times.

On the mobile menu, it says login. Someone will not know they can register. It should say Login/Register mirroring the desktop version. I used a custom HTML block to fix this. Maybe in a future update?

I’d like to report a bug, I’ve updated the theme to version 3.16.6 and it seems to have broken the “auto-slide” feature in a slider upon viewing on a desktop browser (firefox, chrome, edge) on the mobile version it works fine.

Any suggestions? Also submitted a ticket regarding this (#163697)
