How do I add sticky navigation for mobile and tablet? I have no issues with sticky navigation for laptop or desktop but once the site switches to the hamburger menu, the menu is no longer sticky. I looked through the documentation and couldn’t find anything.

Just wondering what your response time is for your cause its been three days since ive submitted a ticket but I have gotten no response. It doesn’t let me log in to see my tickets either and when I try to log in it tells me that it sent a verification but I still have reached no verification.

I was contacting you guys about my purchase code, when I originally created a site on bluehost it gave me two temporary sites to use, I installed Oshine on the site and put in the code just to experiment with it while we transferred over my other domains. When we transferred over the domains though it deleted the site and it isn’t able to be recovered. I was wondering if it would be possible to migrate over the code to the new site or if you could possibly deactivate it so I can transfer it to the new site.

Hello, I’ve sent you guys 5 messages from your website over the last 2 months but no one replies.

My web shop periodically gets a message that “there has been a critical issue” and remains unacceablr for a rather long time. This issues comes without warning and leaves after a period of time. I don’t know what the cause is.

Also the alignment of the “quantity box” and add to cart button on the product page is off on Safari (not on chrome or Firefox) on osx.

I just noticed the Tatsu Pro version and I have a question on how Brand Exponents is handling this feature. It appears that many of the features that used to be included in Oshine / Tatsu are now only available if you upgrade to Pro.

How does this work for existing customers? Are these modules just no longer available? Special titles, pricing module a whole bunch are gone!

How does it work if I upgrade? Will I lose the ability to edit these modules? Which version of Tatsu introduces PRO? Was this removed functionality noted in the release notes?
