Hello! I’ve just updated the theme but plugins are still at some older version and the theme ask to update them with error messages: “IMPORTANT: Please update «TheGem Theme Elements» plugin to the latest version.”
How can i fix it? If i try to update from plugins panel as for “Purchase code verification failed” but my purchase code is expired.
Hi, please check your licenses and activations in TheGem license manager. If you have multiple activations, please deregister TheGem from the installations where you do not need it, leaving one active live instance running. After that you can update as usually.

I’d like to use TheGem for a site with two halves. I would want a mini menu around the top area that has the two options and works just like a toggle between each half. The logo would be the same throughout and I’m happy with that. Also I know I can have a different main menu system on each half, and I’m happy with that too. I’m just wondering if TheGem has the functionality for me to include the switch/toggle buttons at the top of the site? I’ve had a poke around the documentation and all the demos but I can’t find anything similar. Thanks!

Hello.. i use a demo version from this theme, hotel demo, and in some pages, are not fulwidth. I mean, I install the hotel template, i change everything i need, i dont change the witdth, but sometimes appears correct and sometimes appears as the page was boxed. Your theme or one of its core plugins might have a conflict with Gravity Forms. Currently, the entire drag-n-drop functions in Gravity Forms to add fields to a form don’t work at all. I’ve already tried deactivating most plugins…only the absolute required plugins are still active, and the problems within the plugin are still there. Gravity Forms is a widely used plugin, you might want to check this out.

Hi, I really like the features of the theme, however I am missing some features that I would like to use to build my website. One is sticky page submenus (like here https://themenectar.com/salient/page-submenu/) and the other is the sticky scrolling style (in this page https://themenectar.com/salient/tabbed-section/). Can I achive something like this natively with TheGem?
