Hi, i want to use the google font DM-Sans (https://fonts.google.com/specimen/DM+Sans). But it is not in the list in the theme options. How can I add this to this list?

Please download the complete Font zip format file from Google, and then upload that zip format file to theme from Porto >> Theme Options >> Font Control, save changes and then you will be able to find the font under Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Typography to set it on your site.

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins on your site except Theme Required/Recommended plugins, and check back your site after clearing the browser cache, might be any additional/extra third-party plugins conflicting on your site and creating that issue. If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site and try to reach out to the Plugin Author for further help on this.

And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide us the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on site Customization as well. we also request you to please share the site WP Admin URL and Credentials with us as well for further investigating the issue on your site via our support system.

Note: Please take the complete backup of your site before following the above steps as that might affect your site.

I am seeing below issue while updating the plugin.

“This code was already used in another site. One standard license is valid for only 1 website. Running multiple websites with a single license is a license violation according to Envato license terms. If this is a valid case, please reset your purchase codes through here or contact us with your site url.

Plugin not activated. A higher version of Porto Functionality is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”

In the dashboard i can see the license and no problem with that. Also i can update the theme but while updating the plugin i am seeing this issue.

Your latest update has a bug that breaks the structure of content. It is in SCSS file but the values it takes is located somewhere else, I hope you know about this. Looking forward to the correct update

Sorry for the inconveniance but our latest update does not have such issue, its already been tested many times under many phases before release. So the issue must be on your site only.

Please make sure that you have updated the Theme and Proto Functionality plugin as well.

Please try to Clear transients from Porto >> Tools and Compile the CSS as well.

Please try to check back your site after clearing the browser cache, hope this will resolve your issue.

Alternatively, we have to check it on your site and for that you have to contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site and help you out.

Yes our theme is fully translatable and you can easily translate in any language using the Loco translate plugin.

Please use the Loco translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Porto >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

If you want to create your site using our theme on staging site first and then move on the final domain, you can do it using a single license but for that you have to unregister the license first from the staging site and then you will be able to activate the theme again on final domain.

Home page content disappear after Porto theme update “You have version 6.4.1 installed. Update to 6.8.1.”

after updating the theme, home page is gone, you can only see the website logo and menu but nothing after that. other pages on the website works just fine.

Hi, I have problems with your theme, none of the woocommerce gateway plugins works (I tried the official paypal payments, stripe, woocommerce payments) and no one works. I contacted Paypal and everything is fine with my account. My ssl is okay, php version is updated. I deactiveted all the plugins except for woocommerce and paypal payments and it still doesn’t work. The error is: “[Error] Unknown error while connecting to PayPal. Status code: 0.” I switched to the default theme of wordpress (Twenty Twenty, but I tried also Generate Press and Storefront Theme) and payments work. So I’m asking you for help with your theme. Can you help me? Or I need to buy the support?

Hi, I really like the features of the theme, however I am missing some features that I would like to use to build my website. One is sticky page submenus (like here https://themenectar.com/salient/page-submenu/) and the other is the sticky scrolling style (in this page https://themenectar.com/salient/tabbed-section/). Can I achive something like this natively with Porto? Is there a mega-menu builder included in the theme with either WP Bakery or Elementor? These are a pre-sale questions :)

To hide the Newsletter Popup for the time being on your Site using your Page Builder. You need to go to Dashboard >> Porto >> Template Builder >> go to Popup Section>> then edit your Popup with the Page Builder >> under that click on Arrow icon and under that click on Display Conditions > under that remove the Condition defined there.
