HI. I cant get the new mini sidecart to pop up after an item is added to cart, only when I press the small cart button in the header, what am I doing wrong?

Ok, thanks I use the off canvas sidecart and have the settings you describe, how can I make the cart to pop up from the side when I add a product to the cart, right now I have to press the cart button for the cart to pop up.

Yes, On single product page this will not work as on the single product page the page reload when you add the product to the cart, Ajax add to cart is only for the Shop/Category pages, this is how it works.

If you want it for the single product page as well, then you can write it as a feature request on our forum here: https://www.portotheme.com/forums/topic/feature-request/ so that our development team will read it and note it down for the future upcoming updates of the theme.

Hi, Previously I tried to install the nulled version from somewhere (my bad), and the theme was perfect. Now I’m purchasing the theme and re-install the theme’s legal version, but after following the theme setup wizard, I have a problem when importing the template I still get the error “You are now using an illegal license of Porto that violates to Envato license terms. Your website might be blocked or reported to Google about your illegal license. Please purchase a legal license through Envato.” I already try to uninstall the old theme and removing the old theme file from the file manager, but I the error still there

Please go to Porto >> Dashboard and deactivate the license from there and then again activate the theme with the same purchase code, and try again.

Does the theme come with the Elementor Pro version, or if i want to use Elementor Pro in your theme i will have to buy it first?

The plugin came with the theme package is basic version not the pro version.

The plugin included in our theme are external. We have purchased an Extended License for each of those plugins.

This is not only our practice but all the theme authors from ThemeForest.

Unfortunately, if you want to get access to Elementor Pro addons or premium templates you need to buy the individual license. The extended license that we have does not include these features. Plugin author requires only individual license to allow access to this.

Please download the complete Font zip format file from Google, and then upload that zip format file to theme from Porto >> Theme Options >> Font Control, save changes and then you will be able to find the font under Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Typography to set it on your site.

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins on your site except Theme Required/Recommended plugins, and check back your site after clearing the browser cache, might be any additional/extra third-party plugins conflicting on your site and creating that issue. If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site and try to reach out to the Plugin Author for further help on this.

And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide us the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on site Customization as well. we also request you to please share the site WP Admin URL and Credentials with us as well for further investigating the issue on your site via our support system.

Note: Please take the complete backup of your site before following the above steps as that might affect your site.

I am seeing below issue while updating the plugin.

“This code was already used in another site. One standard license is valid for only 1 website. Running multiple websites with a single license is a license violation according to Envato license terms. If this is a valid case, please reset your purchase codes through here or contact us with your site url.

Plugin not activated. A higher version of Porto Functionality is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”

In the dashboard i can see the license and no problem with that. Also i can update the theme but while updating the plugin i am seeing this issue.

Your latest update has a bug that breaks the structure of content. It is in SCSS file but the values it takes is located somewhere else, I hope you know about this. Looking forward to the correct update

Sorry for the inconveniance but our latest update does not have such issue, its already been tested many times under many phases before release. So the issue must be on your site only.

Please make sure that you have updated the Theme and Proto Functionality plugin as well.

Please try to Clear transients from Porto >> Tools and Compile the CSS as well.

Please try to check back your site after clearing the browser cache, hope this will resolve your issue.

Alternatively, we have to check it on your site and for that you have to contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site and help you out.

Please use the Loco translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Porto >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.
