All other updates are done on the theme except this. It says installed version 4.6 in red. Below that it says minimum required version 4.8 in black. Below that it says available version 4.8 in green. I click on the update then it says Installing the latest version…

Does this theme support HLS URL as video source? This is a must for my site videos
4. For YouTube videos import, does your frontend submission auto retrieve video title, thumbnails etc. ? This is crucial for my users my to create post with their existing YouTube videos on YouTube.

1/ We have many features that cannot all be listed in our demos, but we assure you that our theme has all the monetization features you need, including various ad types, custom HTML codes, and more.
2/ Our theme already allows users to submit posts via the frontend. Additionally, you have the option to require users to pay for submitting posts on your website.
3/ Yes, it supports all video types. You can display videos from any platform on your website, including your self-hosted videos.
4/ Yes, the theme already supports this feature. You can enable it by going to Customize > General > General Settings > Auto Get Featured Image from Post Content.

2. In the video demo. The shop page has a different header than the other pages. Does that mean I can use that as my shop template.?

1 & 4/ Based on your settings, you can enable donations/paywall for all posts or specifict posts, including posts sent via frontend submission.
2/ Yes, you can select a custom header template for your shop templates.
3/ It will be sent to the PayPal email assigned to the author.

1. Can I set pricing by post category? ie. I want to set up different submission package by category. And restrict post author which category they can post based on the category package they purchase.
2. Writer paywall. I understand that current design is viewer pay post author directly on donation feature. PLEASE ADD A POST DONATION SHARING OPTION SO THE SITE OWNER CAN SET UP A SMALL FEE OR % DEDUCTED FROM THE DONATION BEFORE THE AUTHO TO RECEIVE THEIR $ IN PAYPAL.
3. CAN I SET START AND END DATE IN THEME ELEMENTOR SLIDER? THIS IS TO ADD MONETIZATION TO MY SITE TO BUILD.

1/ With one license – you just can use for one domain only. If you want to use the theme for multiple domains, you need to buy each license for each domain. There is no license pack..
2/ Yes – you can do that. You can install & activate the theme on the test domain. When everything is oke, you can revoke the license assigned with your testing domain via Dashboard > Soledad > Theme License. After that, you can activate the theme on the main site.

You can achieve this by following the steps below:
1/ Deactivate all required plugins from Bimber to ensure there is no conflict.
2/ Install and activate the Soledad theme. Install the recommended plugins you want to use and install the “Soledad Migration” plugin to transfer data from Bimber to Soledad.
3/ Import the demo style you want to use, but do not check “Import Demo Content” when you import a demo.
4/ Customize your site to your preferences.

Hi there, I’m interested in your theme but can’t seem to find details on one aspect: It seems like your demos include some great post templates throughout the different versions.
However, I can’t seem to figure out how I might do recreate templates like these if I used your theme, particularly these kinds with related post widgets breaking up the content:

Yes, those single post templates already included in the default pre-built single post templates. If you want to use – just one click to pick it. You can easily find it via Customize > Single Posts > General > Single Post Template > and select the single post template you want to use for your posts. You also can select a custom template for specific posts on the edit post screen.

Okay I didn’t receive that one somehow – I removed the date from the single posts, but cannot find where to remove the dates from the rest of the site – the thumbnail for posts aka ‘Recent Posts’ and also the Homepage still shows the dates below the post TITLE! No, I think there is some kind of conflict with this theme, even CSS doesn’t work to remove the dates!

Pre Sale question: I will need to use the licence first on a subdomain to develop the project before going live, but from the comment I understood I may have problems with the licence to migrate the site after the dev phase.
