Hello. Can this theme be updated to accommodate the latest version of WooCommerce?

import dummy data section is giving this error : Field failed to render: Undefined constant “AUTH_KEY”

We need the theme and the plugins WPBakery Page Builder, Slider Revolution… to be UPDATED – we asked and on yr forum support more than one months ago without any reply

Respond to my multiple support messages which you completely ignore. Even better give me a refund so I can forget about code-less completely.

Unfinished template. Terrible support. Try before you buy to save time wasting and stress.

Another day and yet more empty promises and lies from support. This template does not function correctly and the support does nothing to rectify the situation. They agreed to refund but refused to process it so as to go past envatos 30 day policy. I have put in two requests so far and despite codeless support agreeing to refund, they refuse to process the refund. Avoid these guys. They are cheaters.

Eventhough I have had two emails from code-less support telling me categorically that they apologize and agree to a refund, I have just received a new email asking me to open a new support ticket. This developer is a joke and a pain. Please avoid this nonsense that I am going through. Stay away from this developer.

This is probably the worst template that we have ever purchased. It is not easily customizable and it littered with bugs.

The Tower template by code-less advertising promises a simple installation and customization. This is a complete lie. It is not customizable.

Firstly, the functionality is lacking as it uses a very outdated WPBakery builder. We purchased this template and intalled it and it was stringent in it’s flexibility to customize.

Secondly, the paid plugins that make up most of the selling points of this template are out of date even when you purchase it.

Thirdly, the developers are virtually useless unless you ask them to install the base template.

The promises made in the description of this product are misinformation and lies.

The author of the template understood this and told us we would receive a refund but they have not done what they promised.

Be careful with this developer.

The template looks nice, we bought it purely on that basis.

Unfortunately the developers have terrible customer service and do not fulfil their promises.

If I update the theme will the twitter logo be replaced by X? Has Font Awesome been updated in the latest version?

I bought the tower theme and discovered that unfortunately many sliders are missing from the individual templates. I’m trying out the creative agency template and none of the sliders appear. When I looked in the folder where the sliders are listed as a ZIP file, I realized that there areonly 8 sliders anyway. There seem to be no sliders included for several of the templates, as they can be assigned via the folders. Can you please provide all sliders so that I can continue working on my project quickly?

Could you tell me about TOWER theme updates? On my site it says that I am using version 2.9.26 On Themeforest it is indicated that the latest version is 2.9.4. But in the changeLog version 2.9.26 does not appear and there is no update date (except that the last update was August 3, 2022!). I haven’t received any message (by themeforest or by the Envato Market plugin) regarding the latest updates… How to update the theme and the plugins (WpBakery, Slider revolution…)?

we revert with an old problem : the theme us updated but what about the plugins? HOW we can obtain the updates for WPBakery Page Builder( you have in the folder version 6.9.0) and Slider Revolution ( v 6.5.25) ??
