I should inform you that, our ticket system works 24/7 and which means that you can create tickets at any time. All the created tickets will be checked and replied to you according to the ticket created special ID queue and assigned individually to our support managers. However, there will be delays as tickets will be in the checking stages on business days. The delay will be different due to the weekends and holidays in general. The maximum delay will vary depending on the factors that we have pointed out. Note that the delay could be variable as we are located in different time zones, so take it into consideration as well.

The Motors theme is a multifunctional WordPress theme and by default, the theme includes multiple demo layouts. Each of the theme demo layouts is different with its own unique style/design and features in general. It needs to modify the theme and STM Motors Extends plugin templates in order to use different features in different demo layouts and combine two or more demo layouts features in one site. Please note that the customization does not part of theme support due to the ThemeForest policy. Without doing anything (from what I know) in main page, disappeared and are not shown search filters for Buses, semi trucks, trucks, trailers, farming, construction and forklifts.
I checked MLT search tabs from back end main page and at some categories even though the taxonomies are not checked they appear on front page. Also for many categories some taxonomies are missing at all and are displayed just of few of them.

With proper settings for listing categories and listing types, there shouldn’t be any restrictions. It needs to check the settings of the search element and compare them with the existing listing categories as well. While waiting response to your submitted ticket, I recommend you please re-check the element settings and listing categories taxonomies once again by following the MLT plugin documentation as well > https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/motors-listing-types/getting-started. The latest update of the theme doesn’t include such a restriction. Please make sure that you have updated all the theme pre-packed plugins as well after the theme update, you can update the plugins under the appearance > install plugins section. After it, make sure that dealers/users have limits to uploading listings from the Theme Options > User/Dealers section. Furthermore, you need to make sure that you set re-captcha credentials if you activated recaptcha, if you are not using it, you will need to deactivate it from the ThemeOptions > General section

Everything has been updated in the website, this error started with recent theme and theme required plugins. We found the issue, your stm-motors-extends plugin is not compatible with php 8.0 or php 8.1. When we put the setting back to outdated php 7.4, then the post a vehicle form submitted.
Yes, the recommended php version is 7.4. However, the theme can be used with PHP 8. Could you please send a screenshot or error log when you are using php 8? So, I will inform our QA and developers team directly

There shouldn’t be such kind of issue by default. Please note, that not all demo layouts can be used with Elementor page builder plugin. You need to make sure that you didn’t mix the site by importing different demo layouts multiple times. In addition, make sure that your server limits are according to the theme’s required server limits. Moreover, I can recommend you for testing purposes, try to install the theme on your fresh localhost environment with correct server limits as well

I seem to be having an issue. I have no Listing Template set. So when I click on a vehicle it is just blank. How do I go about putting back one without having to reimport (and destroying my entire site)?? This happened before and I do not remember how it was solved. I have the listing template set and if I change it nothing happens. My support has expired but I really need to sort this out and figure out why it happens

You can create new listing template and save this template as listing template via WP Bakery page builder. You can manage one exact listing according to your request from a scratch. After it, you can save this template, under the WP Bakery page builders’ back-end editor templates section, in order to use this template for the other listings as well. Also, for the new listings you can make the saved template as the default one, for this you should make the template as default for listings under the WP Bakery page general settings section. With proper WordPress and server environments, there shouldn’t be such kind of restrictions. In addition, make sure that you didn’t modify/customize the theme default codes and scripts. If you are using a child theme, I can recommend you activate the parent theme and update it, after the theme update, you need to update the theme pre-packed plugins as well under the appearance > install plugins section. Please note, updating the theme and plugins is not something that can be included in the support due to the support policy > https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy
As an option, I can recommend you install the latest version by downloading the latest version of the plugin from your Envato account from the downloads section and install to your localhost, and you can update the theme and plugins of your used demo layout with FTP

If you don’t have access to the site, I can recommend you install the theme on your local host environment and import the exact demo layout that you are using on your live site. So, there will be the latest version of the theme and plugins on your localhost, you can take the latest version of the theme and plugins from your localhost and upload them to your live domain via FTP

Listings can be set as featured via purchasing. If the user wants to set his listing as featured he will need to pay an extra fee. You as admin of the site can set the “Enable Paid Featured listing” option under the Theme options > user dealer > paid featured listing section, there you can set the price as well. Moreover, you can make a listing as featured by enabling/disabling the Special offer option under the Listing manager > Specials section of the backend of a single listing
