Hello DT Team, I am currently using the following CSS code to ensure that all of my products images in my RedArt woocommerce catalog are the same size:
@media (min-width: 500px) { .inside-wc-product-image { width: 100%; } .woocommerce ul.products li.product a img { height: 350px; object-fit: cover; }
However, there four images in my catalog are larger than the rest. It does not seem to be an image issue, I changed and deleted the media file and the container remained the same size, so I don’t know if it’s a conflict with the theme’s code or how to find out if it’s something else.
Do you happen to know how this can be resolved?

1) To disable style picker , Get into the option Dashboard > Red Art > General > General > Others > Switch the value of Disable Style Picker to YES > Save All. Please have a look.

Hi there, I bought theme already and my support expires soon but not until March 18th. Yet for some reason when I try to log into my account to access the previous tickets I submitted for support, it says my license is not valid even though I directly copy it from My Downloads.
Anyways, the issue I had before and maybe now is that when I updated the theme, it didn’t allow me to update the plugins that came with theme. When I spoke to support the first time, I got the link to a page to download the latest versions for theme plugins. But still, now, Slider Revolution plugin needs to be updated.
So… 1) Can I get access to that link with the latest version theme plugins to update Slider Revolution? 2) Will I have access to that link in the future once my support expires? As I should since the plugins came with the theme. 3) Or do I have to wait until the theme will be updated again? When will that be?

The theme has a major issue. I have been using it for almost a year. It has the categories filtering issue which you won’t know by just checking the demo. I had been following up for a fix for months. Everytime they say, they will send an update soon. It’s been more than 5 months. The theme makes your website very slow too. It is definitely not your hosting issue just in case you want to upgrade it. I have tried it on better server resources than recommended, yet it loads slow. It has too many bugs as well for which you’ll need to reach out to support and their support takes at least 3-4 days for EACH response. Now that my support has expired, I can’t keep following up for these bugs or the update on that category filtering issue on the very home page.
