You don’t need to worry about that. Our theme current version is stable and has no critical issues that have to be fixed. If any will be reported we will release a hotfix update. Also, we will release our new version with new features later this year.

We want to know if the Basel theme is at the end of its life. It has not been updated since April 2022. Your second theme of which you are the author: Woodmart has meanwhile been updated 13 times since April.
Can you tell us about that?
We have to take a different course if the theme no longer has its functionality and security optimization.

Our Basel theme is still supported and we will never end its life. We release bug fixes and security updates in case some issues are reported. We also add new features from time to time. But yes, our WoodMart has more updates and new demos.

Hi i’ve purchased two licenses of this theme, I want to know if you have another theme where the client can send me variables of product and customitation. (i want to sell personalized items and i want my client write me the text he wants to ve engraved in the piece and some other variabilites like color etc . Its en spanish: in section NOMBRE you can write the name of the product. Afterwards the client can choose color , size and number of letters (wich change the price) if you have a theme than can do this please leave me the link to purchase it. Thanks
I’ve found that i need the extra product plug in jejeje the only question will be is this theme is compatible with woocomeerce (I m going to buy the extra product plug in) but I want to set free shipping when client reach certain amount of sale, I’ve been looking and I found is possible with Woodcommerce settings on main desktop of the website. Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or an extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

I’ having problem with the color for image. The variation of the colors works fine, but on the shop page in grid style, when I click on the color, it doesn’t change the image for that color.

Hello, I’m checking the compatibility between Woodmart and Tutor LMS for some customers. We usually use Woodmart for our clients but we have a need to use it with Tutor LMS for some.
We didn’t find it difficult to make them work together, everything works fine for now :cry: but we are left with one problem that we can’t solve
:
Woodmart unformats some parts of the user area table. We also tried with Basel, which we also use very often and this problem does not occur (but unfortunately Basel has Bakery and not Xtemos Block for Elementor.) I contacted the author of Tutor LMS but he says it is not due to their product but to an override of Woodmart on the template at that point. Do you have a suggestion to fix this compatibility problem?

That option is not available for this plugin. It says “Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required.”
