I have purchased this theme from you, but I haven’t started using it yet. I have a domain that I want to use it with, but before that, I want to do the tests and installations with a different domain. Will I have any licensing issues? What are the correct steps to follow? If you want to create your site using our theme on the staging site first and then move on to the final domain, you can do it using a single license but for that, you have to unregister the license first from the staging site and then you will be able to activate the theme again on a final domain.

I have just confirmed from the support department and they said that they already replied to your support ticket yesterday twice with complete debugging and proper solution as you have 5 issues in the same ticket.
And then you came up again with another issue, which they solved and again replied to your ticket as well, so please check back to your support ticket reply now and then reply to it accordingly and please always be patience, you will always get the reply to your support ticket when it will be fixed.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible, as there is no such possible option for this in our theme, but you can achieve it using the Custom CSS code, please go to the Products >> Categories and edit the particular category, copy and paste the below given CSS code to the Category Custom CSS section and it will resolve your issue, please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/kDq2jHyP

To customize, change or add product categories in Porto WordPress theme, follow these steps:
Log in to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to the Products tab.
Click on Categories to view all the existing categories.
To edit an existing category, hover your cursor over it and click on the Edit option. You can then change the name, slug, description, or parent category if needed.
To create a new category, click on the Add New Category button. Enter the category name, slug, and description, and select the parent category if necessary.
Once you have made the desired changes, click on the Save button to save your changes.
To assign categories to your products, go to the Products tab and select the product you want to edit. In the Product Data section, click on the Categories tab and check the boxes next to the relevant categories. You can also create a new category from this page if needed.
Finally, click on the Update button to save your changes.
You can check the style options under Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Categories.

To set the “regular 400” font weight for the Poppins font in WordPress, you will need to ensure that you have downloaded the correct font files.
First, make sure you have downloaded the “Regular 400” font weight of Poppins from Google Fonts. You can do this by visiting the Poppins page on Google Fonts, selecting the “Customize” tab, and choosing “Regular 400” from the “Select styles” section. Then, click the “Download” button to download the font files.
Then upload the complete zip file to Porto >> Theme Options >> Font Control and you will be able to use it.

The new version 6.8.2 has not got the update alert / notification from Appearance – Theme. But the porto functionality plugin has the alert to upgrade.
Following your previous advice, we upgrade the theme first, then the functionality plugin to avoid unexpected issues.
Please advise how to upgrade theme first, manually download it from our porto account?

Please go to Porto >> Dashboard and unregister the theme license from there, then again register the theme with same purchase code, after that please go to Appearance >> Themes and you will find the update theme alert there, simply update it.
OR if you will not find the alert then please try to manually update the theme, you can follow the instructions written in our theme documentation here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/update-theme/
OR Please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site.
