How do I enable the porto builder in the template builder section?

If you are using the WP Bakery page builder on your site, then you can turn it ON for the template builder under WP-Dashboard >> WP Bakery >> Role Manager and change the Post Type as Custom and finally choose “porto_builder” save changes and recheck your site after clearing the browser cache: https://postimg.cc/kV34pLhs

Ticket Id #19070

I have created a ticket in your support system, but it has not been answered yet. As it is urgent, I would like to convey my requests for help with photos. Regarding the issues, first of all, updates that I make on the site are not reflected, even though I am not using any caching plugin. Also, I have figured out the Shop system to some extent, but the registration and store creation steps are complicated. I purchased the WooCommerce Rental plugin, but I could not integrate it into the Shop system. This can happen for a few different reasons, but most probably because of the cache:

Clear your browser cache: Sometimes changes made in WordPress don’t show up on your website because your browser is still showing you a cached version of the page. Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page to see if that helps.

Otherwise, please share the live URL of your site so that I will check it for you and assist you accordingly.

To enable automatic updates for your WordPress theme, you can follow these steps:

Log in to your WordPress website and go to the "Appearance" section.
Click on the "Themes" option to see a list of installed themes.
Locate the theme you want to enable automatic updates for and click on the "Theme Details" button.
In the "Theme Details" window, you should see a "Enable auto-updates" button. Click on it to turn on automatic updates for that theme.

Is there something in your awesome porto theme causing auto scroll to the bottom of cart page using woocommerce? When a customer adds an item to the cart or visits the cart page … the cart items go grey then auto scrolls to the bottom of the page ?!. I thought I had it fixed – but I just noticed it stopped working after updating your theme. Unfortunately, NO, there is nothing in our theme update related to this, this seems to be the third-party plugin confliction issue on your site, Please try to disable all the third-party plugins on your site except Theme Required/Recommended plugins, and check back your site after clearing the browser cache, might be any additional/extra third party plugins conflicting on your site and creating that issue. If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site and try to reach out to the Plugin Author for further help on this.

And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide us the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well. I also request you to please share the site WP Admin URL and Credentials with us as well for further investigating the issue on your site via our support system.

Note: Please take the complete backup of your site before following the above steps as that might affect your site.

Our theme is based on WooCommerce for the store functionality and by default, WooCommerce does not have such features as click and collect, so you have to try any additional third-party plugin which better meets your requirements.
