This is just to report a conflict of Bridge Core with WPML translation plugin. Site will crash when adding a custom WPbakery module (Product List) which is created by the theme and settings the “Show Category Filter” option to “Yes”.
Once I disable the Category Filter, the error is gone. I also tested this on a new page and I see the same behavior. Please check here: https://files.fm/f/akv6vrwpu
Our developers found that the problem is a term obtained when adding the filter appears to be invalid. This might be because of how the term is attempted to be obtained. get_term_link() is called on an ID, and the ID is not an integer, but a string!
This makes the logic to try to get a term by its slug and because no slug matches, the error is returned.
To fix this created a full backup then try the following workaround:
1. Go to wp-content/plugins/bridge-core/modules/shortcodes/shortcode-elements/product-list/product-list.php 2. On line 559, replace the following code: 1
$category_html .= ‘
With: 1
$category_html .= ‘
The changes will be overridden once update the Bridge Core plugin, hence report to Bridge theme.
I have used another widget to bypass this potential crash, but just to report this error.

Hi – I’m moving from Bridge WP Bakery to Elementor and having some issue targeting elements in elementor with custom CSS.
Applying a custom class in the elementor general tab of an element it does not seem to be targeted via Qode custom CSS.
1 – Should all custom CSS be added via Qode Options / Custom Code?

I am writing to seek your assistance with an issue I am facing on the WooCommerce product detail page of my website using the Bridge theme. Currently, when multiple product thumbnail images are added to a product, they are displayed on the page all at once and without the horizontal scrolling carousel functionality that most other themes offer. I would like to add a carousel that allows users to easily browse through all of the product images.
Could you please provide me with instructions or code snippets to enable the product thumbnail carousel functionality on the Bridge theme product detail page? I believe this feature will greatly improve the user experience of my website.

Thanks for writing in! We do have only Wide Gallery and Tabs on Bottom product type which you can use on your end. These templates are already predefined and have a specific layout, so there is no option to create a slider for the thumbnails unfortunately.

Thank you for your reply. I have been using Bridge since 2014 and I have always found it to be one of the most visually appealing themes available. However, due to the lack of slider functionality for the thumbnails on product detail pages, I had to switch to other WooCommerce compatible themes.
Recently, a client of mine requested a design similar to one of the demos on Bridge, and I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, I still noticed that the thumbnail images do not have slider functionality.
I would like to sincerely request that you consider adding this feature to Bridge as soon as possible. It would greatly enhance the user experience and add more value to your already amazing theme.

We still do see that your theme is using a much older version of the theme.
As you are using a very old theme you can follow the guidance on how to update the theme and its plugins here.
Also have in mind that Envato Toolkit is an outdated plugin. So, now you should use Envato Market and procedure is pretty much the same.
Please, just go to /wp-content/themes/bridge/framework/modules and remove whole folder envatowordpresstoolkit This is deprecated Envato Toolkit plugin that is replaced with Envato Market plugin.
If you are using child theme be aware of the following and the changes that needs to be done, you can read more about it here.
Because in Bridge 18.0 we had to change function names as per Themeforest request in order to meet their new coding standards, and child theme modifications must reflect these changes since 18.0 Bridge release. If you have modified functions via child theme, you’ll have to rename functions in the child theme in order your child theme to work after the update.
