Hi, I contacted Aizaz to help me with the plugin conflict issue and I found out that it is now being worked on. I would like to know how long the processing time of the problem is. Because my site is running, and both Google Ads and GMC are active, I can’t keep my site down for too long, so I need an accurate processing time so I can prepare accordingly. I mentioned the sliding submenus features before and want to metion this again here. Can we add this feature to Porto in the future: Sliding submenus. More and more developers are incorporating this mobile menus into their woocommerce theme which has been widely used in Shopify themes.

This kind of mobile menu can save a lot of space for mobile devices and look concise and convenient. The woocommerce theme examples are https://demo.theme-sky.com/druco/ and Goldsmith theme.

I know tabbed mobile menus have been recently adopted in Porto theme, but this design was really old and adopted by Xstore (8 theme) a couple of years ago. Let us add this feature into the Porto please

The above feature request has been added into discord. I tried to use the feature request in the porto, but it won’t let me sign in and do not know why.

Thanks for help to forward to your development team. If applied in the theme, this feature will defintely make Porto stand out immediately in the themeforest. The Flatsome and woodmart have not started this yet, but I believe they will do it some days.

Check the Elementor settings: Make sure that the button color is not set in the Elementor settings. You can do this by selecting the button widget and checking the style settings.

Clear the cache: Sometimes, the changes you make may not appear immediately due to browser caching. Try clearing your browser cache or try accessing the website in incognito mode to see if the changes take effect.

Yes, you are right, by default, on page load, it closed and you have to open it by clicking the button, this is how it works. Getting a strange error

Live site is fine but when I made and checked backup with all in one mig i got this error. Any ideas that i do not have to pay for lol.

Please check if your PHP version is compatible with the theme requirements. PHP version 7.4 is the most stable one, please try to set php version as 7.4 and recheck again.

Hi PT, Thank you for the speedy response. Yes it is a PHP issue updating from an old 5.6.3. This error results from PHP 7.4 error in extension_customizer.php with continue: Will try your suggestions.

This can happen for a few different reasons, but most probably because of the cache:

Clear your browser cache: Sometimes changes made in WordPress don’t show up on your website because your browser is still showing you a cached version of the page. Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page to see if that helps.

To enable automatic updates for your WordPress theme, you can follow these steps:

Is there something in your awesome porto theme causing auto scroll to the bottom of cart page using woocommerce? When a customer adds an item to the cart or visits the cart page … the cart items go grey then auto scrolls to the bottom of the page ?!. I thought I had it fixed – but I just noticed it stopped working after updating your theme. Unfortunately, NO, there is nothing in our theme update related to this, this seems to be the third-party plugin confliction issue on your site, Please try to disable all the third-party plugins on your site except Theme Required/Recommended plugins, and check back your site after clearing the browser cache, might be any additional/extra third party plugins conflicting on your site and creating that issue. If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site and try to reach out to the Plugin Author for further help on this.

And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide us the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well. I also request you to please share the site WP Admin URL and Credentials with us as well for further investigating the issue on your site via our support system.

Note: Please take the complete backup of your site before following the above steps as that might affect your site.
