Hello. I have activated the license. But I have several license purchases of your theme. And I haven’t found a way to deactivate the license to enter another activation key. How do I change the license key on the website on my own

If you want to reset the activation and use a different key, that can be done from the theme system status panel https://prnt.sc/SAQRlTLKXJBa The old key key will still have to be unassigned, from the license panel. PLEASE REMOVE your advertising for web development from showing in our dashboards. I find it a huge problem especially doing work for a client and using your template and they see your ad for your services. This is a paid template and should not have this crap in it.

I have been using your template for years (8 Lic).. I cant imagine who thought it was a good Idea to advertise your services on a paid template. There shouldn’t be an option to remove It shouldn’t be there at all. Seems pretty shady

The advertisements are useful for some users, they already are. Mainly for those who are looking for custom work solutions for their website, which we provide. They are intended to make it easier for those users to reach us, that is their only purpose. Besides adding an option to disable them, we will revise them and perhaps find other ways to display them without causing inconvenience.

You advertised this theme as RTL ready and supports WPML. How is this should work if you don’t even have rtl.css / style-rtl.css file!? 
I see that your style.css has only 9 lines for .rtl
As a developer for WordPress themes, did you ever read the WordPress codex about rtl?

your theme is not ready for rtl, and what you have as a demo, anyone can do with any theme if you don’t have more than one language on your website.

The theme can be used to build a RTL website, we optimized it for this purpose and we added a few demos as well. The design is built with the composer, on the frontend. So not with CSS code in a separate stylesheet, we aren’t considering this option. In the case of having multiple languages on the website, usually a translation plugin is used, and then you can build different pages and templates per language, with the composer. So a RTL website or a multilingual website can be built with the theme relatively easily. Okay please release that soon. Advertisement is good but showing forcefully for premium paid theme is not good.
hey. Some features suggestion for the future: Add the option to use the search for categories, tags or custom post types por example. Also, add review on custom post type. Right now I can’t write a review on my custom post type.

Hi, are there any solution to show as main category in a news list the category that i want to show when a post have more than 1 category?
I have download Yoast to set a category as main, but don’t show as main the category that i have set.

Hi,
The theme provides it’s own primary category setting, not to be confused with the ones from SEO plugins. The theme setting is available in the post edit screen https://forum.tagdiv.com/primary-category/ The primary category from the theme will affect the category tag of the post displayed in blocks, which normally uses the first category alphabetically in case the post has multiple categories. I believe that is what you are looking for. Please try it.

Please edit the page with the composer and check the respective row https://prnt.sc/SAIPr2U65Tk1 Remove the image from there, set a new one if you want to. I will add this issue on our list and it will be fixed.

Hi, just a tought after using the theme for 5 years. 5 stars no words 
but my main complain about the functionality is the absence of a post loop with images and not backgrounds. It really hurts SEO especially since google pulls images from the listings and displays them in the snippet. Hope to see some improvements in the near future

Hello, We’ve been tryinf to set up the Skin Ads on our homepage (Right and left vertical sidebars) and the photo doesn’t show clear (severe pixelation) and only appears if the “stretch” option is enabled. Can yoy please suggest a max and a min pixel dimension for this element? Thank you in advance.

The grid provides a choice of thumbnails for each module https://prnt.sc/J2lRXEgQgFEY So a larger thumbnail can be set for the larger module, and a smaller one for the other module. The thumbnail sizes are automatically created from the featured images you set for the posts. There are adjustments for the images as well. Hello all, I have a very strange problem with the theme.
Namely, the images (start page, posts, etc.) are not always loaded. This is what happens:
- The first time the page loads, the images come up normally. - When you reload the page, the images no longer appear. - If I then resize the browser window, the images suddenly appear again.

Can I use the same license to different subdomains in a multisite (network) installation?

The license terms specify that a license key is for a single website https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular Subdomains aren’t included in the terms. With our license assignment system a key can be used on a live website and a staging/testing website, so two websites, at the same time. But if you would like to use the theme on multiple live websites, they will each require a key.

WP editor infinitely loads in tagdiv composer. Not fixable. Trash theme, don’t react with dm for support ticket author. Respond with a solution or admit your theme sucks

If there is an issue with the theme on your website, please contact is and we will take a look. You can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website and admin login, also cPanel may be needed. The issue you mention can have a few causes, it may happen if something blocks the theme request to load the editor for example. The composer works fine, but as with any other theme or page builder, there can be issues in some cases unfortunately. That is a fact, and does not mean that the respective product is trash. We will have to investigate directly on your website, to try and find the cause. Please let us know and we will begin as soon as possible.

Hello, it looks like the translations for the “recover_password” function are not active, I changed them in the admin panel, but it looks like they are hardcoded in the files. Am I wrong ? If not, do you plan to correct this soon, or can I bypass it ? I tried “retrieve_password_message” filter, but I suppose you do not fire the email through the regular Wordpress notification system. I made a quick test and the translations seem to work. I tried the header login, menu login and page login elements. Please send us an email so we can check the issue, perhaps there is an issue that I am not seeing. That could be done, but only with plugins unfortunately. The theme doesn’t have an option to display ads outside the containers, like on the sides of the website, or above it or below it. I suggest trying some ad inserter plugins, which can display ads on the sides. There must be some plugins that can be used. We may add an option for this however, as it will be useful for many users.
