How do I change the color of the theme? I’ve looked everywhere and it’s not at the Wilmer Options First color, Second Color anymore. Do I have to edit in Css

First Main color won’t affect every element. Some elements (like header, footer, fonts, buttons, etc.) have their individual color settings for customizability reasons.

Hi, I opened a support ticket but nobody is answering me and it is taking me a long time to present my idea to the client who needs it urgently. I see that several people ask my questions, but instead of putting here the answer you make us go to the support and wait …. unfortunately I need help because there are many things in the theme that can not be customized, I need to remove the blue color #00235a that have the photo galleries and the orange color #FF5E14 of the links in the footer. As well as change the search text of the search engine that appears in English placeholder=”Type your search”, or buttons like read more in blog or Find out more in portfolios. Also i cant edit “PREVIOUS POST” and “Related Posts” in single blog

The theme and demo import are working correctly on our end.
Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

My license text file did not come with a Slider Revolution license key… I’m trying to import the demo site, but it’s not giving me the option. I see other people are having this issue as well.

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
These plugins do get updated with the theme, however, you should know that in case you need latest version of any bundled plugin you can submit a ticket at our Help Center or contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

We are experiencing a bit greater number of tickets than usual so our response time got a delayed a little.
If your live installation is still having issues with demo import you can try to install the theme and import demo content on the localhost and then migrate it.

its been more than 10 days and still we are unable to import the theme properly.you are support is taking too much time to reply for each ticket.we tried to install and import in local server,its working on local server properly but after migrating it to live server the widgets are showing error.

This is due to the insufficient resources. The block-based widgets added in WP 5.8 do require a bit more demanding resources and you can see some of our recommendations here – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Alternatively, you can use this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic. Classic widgets were used originally with the theme and they do require a lot less resources from the server.

hello! is there not a page type / demo for a single service?
there is no option in the menu for a single service page and the examples in the footer are all blog posts

You can set up a single page site using Wilmer theme and you can find more info on how to create anchor sections and add anchor links to the menu in this article here.
Once you install the theme and import our demo content you will get all the pages and settings which you can adjust to your needs and the footer can also be adjusted.

This code was already used to register another domain. Please deregister your code there so that you can use it for registering here. The previous domain is expired and I am not using that anymore, now how can i activate license to new domain?

Please try to navigate to Tools > Import > WordPress and click on Run Importer. This way you will install the Importer and will be able to import the XML file.

Thanks for writing in! We have tested and scanned our theme and looked for suspicious files within ourtheme but found none. So this is most probably a false positive scenario, that may appear because the amount of javascript files within the theme or the fact that it contains minified files named xxxx.min.js ( seeing the files as double extension and triggering the false positive ) as you can see here
