Hello, I have imported the fashion theme demo “https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/fashion/” but the logo and header for the homepage is still loading that of the main demo. Other pages show the newly designed header and my logo but the homepage doesn’t. It loads it from the demo. I have deleted the default logo image image but it still loads from the default demo. How do I go about that.

I activated my main domain but sub directory is not working Do I need to purchase each all license number of sub-directory?

This Theme are the best I have ever used, and it’s getting many after all. What I not like then, are that the last update, deleted left cart view without showing the products, it only show a new “button” – “SHOPPING CART”..

Secound, my PayPal Woocommerce stopped working…...and without remaining support time, this are the only opportunity I have to reach out, at something I mean are a update issue , not a “tech.support issus”...even it’s under tech support,. :-D You get the point.

Maybe it’s on my side, but as it happened just after the update….I can’t see other connection.

But again – the best theme ever…..will recommend anyone that want a commerce website to choose this theme.

Please go to Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Products style > Excerpt Length (Symbols) > set 86.

It is because the excerpt contains tags, and when a part of the excerpt is taken to show, some unclosed tags cause the problem. You can change the Excerpt Length or replace the demo content with your own.

After updating to the latest theme version and WooCommerce 7.5.1, i have a problem with plugin Extra product options EPO (https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-extra-product-options/7908619).

When i try to add to cart, i get an error message saying “xxxx is a required field.” even though fields have values. When i change themes or downgrade to WooCommerce 7.41 it works again.

Can you please take a look at WooCommerce 7.51 compatibility with your theme ?

How can I attach PDF file to email built with your Email Builder ?

We do not have specific settings for this, so it works the same as with the default emails.

In our Email Builder, you can add a button with a custom link to the file.

If you have some PHP skills, you may add WC hook element to the email builder, select one of the actions from it’s list, then write your custom php code that will work as you want for the specific type of email.

Specifically, what are you doing about it getting maintained or finding an alternative that’ll NOT include users having to redesign their sites to suit another similar plugin when Massive Addons ceases working, please?

I installed theme demo (Furniture) and I renamed categories in secondary menu and I changed images. Its working fine, but when I add new category item to menu and set menu item image this image is not showing on frontend. I tried to clear cache and everything. You have some bug inside this demo probably. How can I fix that ? So the problem is that new category items in navigation menu are not accepting menu item image. Its set correctly but not showing on frontend

ahh okey… I didnt know that there are some extra settings and this modal box with settings is quite hidden. Maybe it will be better to fix that and make it more visible in next update that user has to click on 8Theme Category Option to open this modal. Here is a screen for other users how they can open modal with settings.
