I have some pre purchase questions. I am looking for theme for Digital agency. Please read carefully and let me know if you theme can fulfil these requirements. because i had to refund 2 theme till now already. and i do not want my time to be wasted more. 1. I want to create website for digital services where Customer can purchase pre Built packages for digital marketing and web development services and can pay directly on checkouts. 2. I want my customers to Choose customize packages, where they can customize there package according to their needs. 3. I want to setup paypal, 2checkouts and direct bank transfer as a payment gateway. 4. I want my customer To get the Customize Quote (it will be a form where customers can fill with their requirements and we can reply them with the prices) 5. I want invoices options so my customers can pay when we send them invoices directly on website
Also please reply in detail which option is available and which is not will be very thankful

Unfortunately this is not possible as those 3 different designs are for the Shop/Category pages not for the Single Product page.
You can post your request as a feature at https://www.portotheme.com/forums/topic/feature-request/ .So that our development team will consider adding it in one of the upcoming updates.

You can turn ON/OFF the Loading overlay from Porto >> Theme Options >> General as per your requirements.
And unfortunately, there is no such option to replace that loading overlay with your own created one, so please write it as a feature request on our forum here: https://www.portotheme.com/forums/topic/feature-request/ so that our development team will read it and note it down for the future upcoming updates of the theme.
We can not update Porto Functionality plugin: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature. Plugin not activated. A higher version of Porto Functionality is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin. Where can we download a ZIP file to update the plugin? We can not find the plugin in the thme ZIp file.
How to disable the mini cart popup? I set Sticky Header->Show Mini Cart to NO, but the mini cart still popup.

Please go to Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> WooCommerce and set the “Mini Cart Content Type” as “Off Canvas” and then please go to Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archives and set the “Add to Cart Notification Type” as “Style 1 or Style 2”, save changes and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
when set mini cart content type to off canvas, a page will slide out from the right. But i want to jump directly to the shopping cart page (www.xxx.com/cart) after clicking the mini cart button.

I see, sorry for the confussion, please go to WooCommerce >> Settings >> Products and check YES: ” Redirect to the cart page after successful addition” option from there, it will help you in solving your issue.

Thanks you for contacting us. Sorry for inconvenience with the theme. If you use product builder, please go to Porto>Template Builder>Single Product. And edit builder page. We have provided widget for sticky add to cart. And second, if you don’t use product builder, you can also change option in theme options.

Hey there, I’m still very interested in purchasing your theme but I need to doublecheck if it supports light/dark header change on scroll: Is it possible to set light/dark header style on a per row basis so e. g. I can have initially the light header and change it to dark header for sections with dark backgrounds?

You can change the style of the product from Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archives and change the product layout as per your requirements.

You can change the color of the Menu from Porto >> Theme Options >> Menu >> Menu Styling as per your requirements, and most of the buttons are picking the styling from the skin color and most of them from element settings, so you have to edit those elements and make sure to set the color from there as well.
Alternatively, please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site and help you out.

Thanks for extending your item support, It is necessary to gain the help from support on theme related issues.
The latest version of the theme is 6.8.3 which we released on Mar 20th.2023 and the version you are using on your site is 6.3.2 which was released on May 22th.2022 and in between you missed around 17 updates including 5+ major updates, in which the theme design and functionality changed alot, which is not possible to revert back again without customziation.
So, from my opinion, I should suggest you to start on a fresh new WordPress from scratch.
OR If you only want to update the theme on your current site, then follow the steps listed below:
1. Take the complete backup of your site before updating the Theme for avoiding any inconvenience.
2. Deactivate all the third-party plugins before updating the Theme.
3. Take a Backup of your Custom Code and remove it from the site before an update of the Theme.
4. If you are using a Child Theme then Activate the Parent-Theme before updating the Theme.
5. Remove all the cache from your server, site and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what are the changes that occur on your site after that...
6. After that go to Appearance >> Themes and update the Theme One-Click automatically from there.
7. After that go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and update the Theme required/recommended plugins from there one by one.
8. After that check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what changes occur on your site after that and if all goes well then.
9. You have to again Activate the Child Theme.
10. Again activate all the third-party plugins one by one.
And regarding the translation issue, please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that our experts will check it for you on your site and help you out.

If you are using the Custom Code in Child Theme then simply Activate the Parent Theme on your site.
OR If you have the Custom JS or CSS code under Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and Custom JS or under page Custom CSS and JS sections, then you have to copy that code and remove it from your site, after that update you can again paste that code.
