remove date author etc from blog posts. I changed the setting to not show date, author, etc. and works fine except for when viewing the blog through categories. there i can see the date, author etc. How can this be removed as there are no options for this in the theme customization that i can see. thank you!

Such kinds of things from the archive pages you can try to remove via custom CSS. You can use custom CSS under the Appearance > install plugins section

I don’t know if I would call this a request for support because it doesn’t appear to be documented at all. Just wondering how to filter down to specific post categories in a ‘Pearl Posts List’. There is a field in the settings window for it but I can’t figure out how it works. I’ve tried “category&tag_ID=4” but that then displays nothing. Any chance someone could help me please?

I can’t get WPBakery or SliderRevolution to take their required updates. I hit update, it says successful, but then when I return to the plugin page they are still on the old version and asking for an update. Also, how can I change my site logo? I go into Pearl > Theme Options and see main theme logo, but the submit button won’t work.
To add to this, the submit button isn’t working for me to update anything in Peal > Theme Options. Colors, typography, logo, nothing.

We recommend using PHP version 7.4 as we have detected some issues with both higher and lower versions. Regarding the WP Bakery page builder and Slider Revolution plugins, please note that they are not free. However, we have purchased these plugins and included them as external plugins in our theme packages. They are already active from the theme side, so you can use them without any restrictions. We will also include updates for these plugins in our regular theme updates. Therefore, once the theme is updated, you will be able to update the plugins as well

We have bought those paid plugins from our end and included them into our theme packages as external plugins and they are active from the theme side, so you can use those plugins without any restriction. All the updates we will include with the theme regular updates. So, the update of the plugins you will be able to get as soon as there will be the theme update

There shouldn’t be such kind of issue with the latest version of the theme as I checked our testing site’s. Please make sure that you updated the theme pre-packed plugins as well under the appearance > install plugins section. In addition, I can recommend you re-check the case by deactivating all of your extra third-party plugins. With properly configured SSL settings there shouldn’t be such kind of restriction on the front-end. Please note, the SSL settings don’t relate to the theme options in general. You will need to set proper SSL settings and it should solve the issue on your site. We did the latest update of the Pearl theme on our wordpress website today and since then the main navigation on mobile devices is stuck. The navigation is by default active and when clicking on the hamburger menu the bg overlay color is shown but not the menu items… can this be handled and fixed asap?
We would also like to know how we can do a rollback to the previous version of this theme? Since the mobile menu is not working and users can’t read the header at the moment.

Make sure that you didn’t change the theme scripts or codes previously, if so, I recommend you re-check by deactivating your child theme and by deactivating all of your site’s extra third-party plugins as well. Moreover, make sure that your server limits are according to the theme’s required limits.

This page can be changed/edited with the WP Bakery page builder plugin, so you can set elements from your end, you can use ready demo pages, or can create your own pages and posts with your desired elements
