There is no option to add new socials. You can add the link for a new social network and just change the default existing icon of the user social via custom CSS

Can you fix the demo “Psychologist” the others work perfectly but I want to use this one and it’s not ok. the demo ones work and look exactly like in the demo, but this one doesn’t. Thank you

Yes, I provided my previous comment based on the results of the demo import. The only difference was in images and some content. The demo import proceeded without any restrictions on my testing environment

You purchased the theme in 2021, it could be that you are using an outdated version of the theme. Make sure that you updated the theme and external plugins to the latest version. Kindly be informed that the comments section is mostly for pre-sale questions in general, unfortunately we are not able to check your case from the comments board.

We couldn’t detect the same case on our testing sites with the latest version of the parent theme. Please make sure that you didn’t change the core scripts of the theme and make sure that third-party plugins are not bringing this strange issue with the drop-down icons.

Plugins like WP Bakery page builder are not free in general. We have bought those paid plugins from our end and included them in our theme packages as external plugins and they are active from the theme side, so you can use those plugins without any restriction. All the updates we will include with the theme regular updates. So, the update of the plugins you will be able to get as soon as there will be the theme update

remove date author etc from blog posts. I changed the setting to not show date, author, etc. and works fine except for when viewing the blog through categories. there i can see the date, author etc. How can this be removed as there are no options for this in the theme customization that i can see. thank you!

Such kinds of things from the archive pages you can try to remove via custom CSS. You can use custom CSS under the Appearance > install plugins section

I don’t know if I would call this a request for support because it doesn’t appear to be documented at all. Just wondering how to filter down to specific post categories in a ‘Pearl Posts List’. There is a field in the settings window for it but I can’t figure out how it works. I’ve tried “category&tag_ID=4” but that then displays nothing. Any chance someone could help me please?

Hi I get this message in the last update: “We have replaced the Open Table Widget with the new WPBakery STM Open Table element.

I can’t get WPBakery or SliderRevolution to take their required updates. I hit update, it says successful, but then when I return to the plugin page they are still on the old version and asking for an update. Also, how can I change my site logo? I go into Pearl > Theme Options and see main theme logo, but the submit button won’t work.

To add to this, the submit button isn’t working for me to update anything in Peal > Theme Options. Colors, typography, logo, nothing.

We recommend using PHP version 7.4 as we have detected some issues with both higher and lower versions. Regarding the WP Bakery page builder and Slider Revolution plugins, please note that they are not free. However, we have purchased these plugins and included them as external plugins in our theme packages. They are already active from the theme side, so you can use them without any restrictions. We will also include updates for these plugins in our regular theme updates. Therefore, once the theme is updated, you will be able to update the plugins as well

Hi – Fab theme. Hardly any issues in 4 years of using it.

However, :) the bundled plugins for visual composer and rev slider are not up to date – can you provide another update that includes new versions or is VC 6.7 and rev slider 6.5.17 the highest we should use with Pearl?

With properly configured SSL settings there shouldn’t be such kind of restriction on the front-end. Please note, the SSL settings don’t relate to the theme options in general. You will need to set proper SSL settings and it should solve the issue on your site. 2. In the widget section when I try to edit the contact block It doesn’t change anything and throws this error “The “contacts” block was affected by errors and may not function properly. Check the developer tools for more details.”

1. You need to use your properly generated Google Map API keys under the theme options > general section, here you will need to use your own Google Map API keys.

2. Try to install and activate the following free plugin, so you will be able to use the default classic widgets editor while managing appearance > widgets section > https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/.
