Hello, one license allows installation on one public domain. Disregarding the current theme usage, to make a new website you need a new license.

That’s not the case with other developers. I thought that the license covers a single website use not a single installation. So I paid for something I haven’t actually used just tested and now since the other website I’ve tested on is running on a different theme, what did I actually buy? If I have to pay again then I’ll check what other developers have similar themes that do not charge the installation but the actual use of their product. To be honest that’s a first. Disappointed!

I’m sorry but you can’t build a new website with the same license key.

You have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

Please note that a license can be used to create 1 end product. This doesn’t mean “Endless websites with same license if are one at a time”. 

Each installation requires its own license code.

Ok! Your theme is NOT being used anywhere else. It was installed on a single website, didn’t fit the project so it was UNINSTALLED. I never said that other developers let me use a single license for multiple websites but they give me the chance to RESET my license. So could you please explain how in my case I’ll be using your single website for more than one websites since the number of websites that the theme is being used at the moment is (0) ZERO. So from my end I paid for a single website license but I got ZERO license at my disposal. What justifies this? Thank you!

Your license ending in “65421a55cf4e” was used in date Apr 21, 2020 at 21:28 to create the website audiovat.com

You are now trying to make a new, different website, vocalgallery.com

This CANNOT be done.

One license is to make ONE website.

If you cancel, delete, lose the website you need a NEW website.

You CAN make a NEW website on the domain “audiovat.com” which is linked to your license.

Nowhere is written that you can make unlimited different websites with the same license, and we were recently contacted by envato who, with multiple emails and links, explained us this concept.

I hope this is now clear. I’m sorry but we work for Envato and we can’t help customers evade the License rules.

An option to reset unused license is NO “wildcard” to make “unlimited” websites. Your theme WAS NOT USED TO CREATE audiovat and the new custom theme has nothing to do with yours.

Even based on Evanto’s terminology there is no end product in our case.

We should be able to unlink the theme from audiovat.com period, thus given the choice to reset the license for an actual single use we already paid but not using.

What choice did we have in order to try out your theme and see if it was suitable for the project besides purchasing it? And yes, other developers give these license choices and I feel are more righteous. Single use and zero use are two totally different things.

Long story short, your theme was not used for an End Product thus we should have been able to have our “Single Application” available.

Also I would appreciated if you don’t share any more information regarding the projects I’m working or I’ve worked on publicly.

So since your theme is not being used for a existing end product and thus there is no new end product in question you should be able to reset the license under Evanto’s policy.

It was still under construction so yes it was then a test website (not published) and now that it is, is not using your theme anyway! From my point of view you are more than able to reset the license if you choose and no rules will be bend nor evaded you just decided not to! Thanks!

Good morning, can you please provide any screenshot or evidence that the website audiovat.com was never published using the Kentha theme? This would help.

Our log can only demonstrate the theme was installed and activated on the website on a certain date.

Being a public first level domain and folder, it can’t be considered a test website. If you can produce any documentation that it was never a public website we can consider it a test installation.

Hi, yes you can but they won’t play through the player since, well, that’s a music player. You can simply copy and paste the video of the podcast in the content and it will be embedded (youtube, vimeo or mp4)

Hi, that’s a very old version of the plugin indeed, from 2021. Try removing and adding the license again to solve.

As directed i deactivated the license and its still doing the same thing.

Would it be an advantage if I update the whole theme or is that even possible and if it is possible when is the documentation on how to upgrade the theme.

Hello, the request includes functionalities that are not and should not covered by the theme, but by a streaming provider. Our themes can integrate with the most popular streaming formats, you can play the audio from the stream and display the current song titles (song and artist). Plus you can manage the radio shows and display the schedule of the weekly planning.

But about the audio management part, that requires to be handled by a proper radio stremaing provider (like radio.co or streamerr.co or similar) not by wordpress

you misunderstood me. yes these options are not available in your theme. I just want the template. Which theme should I get? which one is better for these services. I like the “Kentha” or “Onair2” theme. I like “Kentha player” but “onair2” doesn’t have it. Which theme infrastructure is more suitable for radio service?

for a radio you can indeed go with onAir2 or kentha (which btw requires the KenthaRadio purchased separately and includes streaming support, shows, schedule, charts and team members).

In general also for WooCmmerce and flexibility, kentha has more stuff and you can also create music albums and artist pages.

Both have support for events and charts.

But if you plan on using spare playlists, tracks, podcasts and albums, i would recommend kentha since the player is more flexible and allows to play everything through the same player.

Hello. Does “kentha radio player” only work on mp3 music? Does the effect work when a live radio broadcast is made, or when speaking with a microphone? I will not upload mp3 files.
