On my wordpress I see the electrician child theme and the parent theme have two different designs. Also, do I activate the parent theme only, the child theme only, or both?

We are sorry to tell you that the design of the header has been discontinued in our theme. Now the only design available in showed in the theme preview. And you can activate any of parent and the child theme.

Next we had a problem with the electrician_services breadcrumbs since we had the slug assigned to /products/extintores-y-accesorios and, we don’t know why, that slug has stopped working because of /electrician_services/extintores-y-accesorios

Hello you are not allowed to change the slug electrician services to products as it is reserved for woocommerce. You need to give different name from theme setting and then flush the permalink. Thank you

Please check theme setting extra if you change or not.
Secondly your httaccess may be remove. From permalink click save it will generate the permalink. Hope it will solve. It is not theme issue. It is your settings or cache related issues

Hello, their was two file one is only theme and other is theme with documentation. You have download the full file. Please unzip this file and inside this file you will find the installation file. Alternatively you can download one click installation file from download area and upload. Thank you

Hello, it maybe your server configuration issue. You can disable our plugins and themes and check the editor it work or no .
I contacted the hosting provider company and there is no problem with the servers. And I still keep getting 404 errors on the pages. For this reason, I cannot make any edits in the admin panel. The problem is theme-related, so I need constructive support as soon as possible. If the problem is not solved, I will complain to Themeforest site.
