Yes TY I found the pop up content in the html text editor. The text editor under classic needs an update so that you can format the html text. Is there a way to format the html with vc_ and porto_ tags. It is a serious time waste having to format all 300 lines of code to find a phone number lol.

If you are using the WP Bakery page builder demo on your site, then please try to go to WP-Dashboard >> WP Bakery >> Role Manager and set the Post Type as “Custom” and check Yes the page, It will allow the WP Bakery editor on your pages and you will be able to easily edit those sections with element as I described above in my provided screenshot.

Hello. Does Porto Shop supports product comparison. I see plugin YITH WooCommerce Compare but there is shown message that “This option isn’t available for Porto!”. If not, when it will be available and can you suggest alternate plugin because it is very important for me. Thanks in advance.

1. One single license is for the one single live URL only, this is Envato policy and with all the themes on the ThemeForest, you may wish to confirm from them as well.

2. The elementor plugin that came with the theme package is not the premium plugin, it’s the basic one if you want to use the premium plugin you have to purchase it separately, this is also Envato policy.

3. Our theme is based on 3-page builders, Elementor, WP Bakery, and Gutenberg, you can use any one of them on your site at the same time.

4. No need to purchase anything extra to modify the theme.

5. If you want similar functionality you may look for any third party plugin for this, a the default WooCommerce does not provide such functionality.

I am so sorry mate I know my support time over but why your demo import never works like it should be. I have import via standart method I didn’t get any error message completed successfully.. But when I open website I saw issues. Than uninstalled and use alternative method again completed successfully again issues.Here is the some issues from my first 30 second looking.

This is not our theme but the Elementor Pro latest version issue, In elementor pro new version(3.12.0), it removes the default woocommerce cookie parameter: https://postimg.cc/SndJf20P So this issue can be notified to the Elementor Pro support, they will fix it in their plugin.

And for the temporary fix, you can use the below given code to your Child Theme functions.php file.

Hi!, I need to remove the “product tag – %s” from breadcrumbs and leave it just with %s, but the second part of that string, the ‘ - %s’ is not translatable. Could you make that string translatable, please? Or at least tell me how to replace that function. OK, then please try to disable all the third-party plugins on your site except Theme Required/Recommended plugins, and check back your site after clearing the browser cache, might be any additional/extra third party plugins conflicting on your site and creating that issue. If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site, and try to reach out to the Plugin Author for further help on this.

And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on site Customziation as well. we also request you to please share the site WP Admin URL and Credentials with us as well for further investigating the issue on your site via our support system.

The issue you are facing is because of the Lazy Load images, In our theme we have the option under Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard >> Performance and make sure to uncheck the “Image LazyLoad” from there.

And I can see your site complete CSS is coming from the cache CDN and NitroPack, If you are using Nitropack as plugin on your site, then please flush its cache or deactivate the plugin and recheck your site after clearing the browser cache.

OR

Contact your hosting provider and ask to flush all sorts of cache from your site and deactivate them including the CDN as well and check back your site after clearing the browser cache.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible because the Parent Menu item also has a link to the page, so if you click on it, it will take you to the particular linked page, that is why we used those arrows in our design, and you have to click on that arrow to open the submenu in mobile version, this is the default functionality and this is how it works.

Changes you want require extra Customization.

Here is an example code snippet that you can try under Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom JS:
