In Avada Spa demo, there’s text under the menu items (menu descriptions) but I do not see how to edit them to change the text. I found in a previous comment but your link to the screenshot showing the answer no longer works. I just need to edit the text under the main spa menu items from the demo.

Hello, I discovered a problem on the theme classic shop page. If there is only one photo on the single product page, it looks very nice and organized.

Hello,i noticed that in your country-butcher demo the social media row isn’t visible. I can confirm that the same thing happens when importing the specific prebuilt website . The only thing showing is “FOLLOW US:” . I’ve tried adding url for every social ,but nothing works.

I have checked the prebuilt website and I can see the social icons just fine and good there without any issues, please make sure that you do not have any browser extension such as AD Blocker that might be blocking those icons.

The latest update for Avada Builder has an issue with Mappress. I have reached out to their author. It works with other themes as there is another website similar to ours that uses it too. It works fine on there. So I hope this issue gets resolved asap with another update with Avada or a patch.

There are also other issues with the latest Avada theme. When you go into the dashboard it’s just a row of text down the left side. Only after refreshing the screen, will it come back. I have a new computer also so it’s no that. Like I said, I have used Avada for several years now.

It is definitely the Avada theme that is not compatible suddenly now. Lots of issues going on besides this one too. I just tried it in another wordpress theme and it works fine.

No single theme can guarantee 100% compatibility with every single 3rd party plugin available on the market. It simply is not possible.

Now saying that the comments section is also not geared up for support. I suggest you submit a support ticket (you have active support), and we can assist you. If there is an issue with the 3rd party plugin itself, we will defer you to the plugin developer.

Also, keep in mind that Avada provides an integrated OpenStreetMap Element.

I am in the process of adding a new font to my website. Now I can easily change the titles (h1,h2,h3,h4,h5) to the new font and it does that just fine, but I can’t get the body content (paragraph) to change.

Where exactly can I change the content (paragraph)? Can you advise me on this?

Avada classic shop theme shows the sidebar on the left side of the product shop page. When entering any category, the sidebar option does not appear. Could you please tell me how to do this? I am submitting a ticket because my support period has expired.

I am not exactly sure where are you trying to do that but in order to reset the purchase code you need to be logged into your support account, Please reset / unregister the purchase code from your support account here -> https://theme-fusion.com/support/purchase-codes/ You must be logged into your account to see that page.

Do not remove the purchase code from there but click the blue color Unregister button. Now try to register purchase code on your actual website and see if that works.

Hi. My support expired but the issue I’m having is my site isn’t updating. I’ve unregistered the site and registered both through your system and via the website. I’m just trying to update the theme and the plugins to the latest versions. I’ve downloaded the theme and was going to install manually but was curious if there was something I’m missing. Thanks. Did want to add this is an awesome theme and up till now no issues whatsoever. Keep up the good work.

Hi. It does not show available updates. Its showing version 7.8.2 as current, while the actual current is 7.10. I initially built this site on different infrastructure than the client’s. Then we had issues transferring it to their site, so they ended up having to get an entirely new host. It was updating until the last host. I’d go in and change the registration and it would work again but since the last move nothing. Thanks

In that case please make sure of two things.

1. That your site is properly registered with a valid purchase code.
2. That you have a default WP theme installed (not activated) alongside with Avada too.

Those two floating buttons are unique to our prebuilts site. However you can easily setup something like that with a floating buttons WP plugin. We definitely have a social sharing element that could be used for sharing.

I want to go for this theme and appreciate it if you could confirm that using your page builder I can create a minimalist style fast loading layout on my own. Just to give you an example I have found the Squaretype theme here quite fast and I want to know if I could make a similar fast-loading layout using AVADA.

We have given complete freedom to our users in terms of what kind of design or layout they want to build with Avada, along with that we have a performance wizard which will then identify and disable all the extra features, elements and options that you are not using once you have completely built your site, this helps in reducing the resources being used, so yes this is certainly doable with Avada :)

on that page you can see that the first Media Slider is aligned in center, but at the bottom of the page, under 5 number point, its not aligned in center. After very long time, I’ve found that If we place a Media Slider below any TABS Element, then it can’t be aligned in center. Please fix this issue.

You guys replied (dated 29 July 2022) to my comment that there was no issue at all with the Instagram Element, But few days later I received a notification with the details below – Patch: 420731 Date: Aug. 25, 2022 Description: Fixes Instagram element load more posts.

That means I was right, but you guys denied the existence of that problem at all and later fixed it.

So I request you guys to take a look again into this new issue and try to get it fixed. I’m not asking for the support, I’m asking for a fix to an item what I’ve purchased.
